This was our first time at Smashburger and it was amazing. The burgers were fresh and the fries were hot and crispy! Lori the manager was helpful and kind along with Tamiyah, the gal who took our ouster. She answered my questions with kindness!

The food is always amazing but service was 1000/10. I informed the woman taking my order, Lori, that I’d be ordering for my whole family then proceeded to say their extremely specific orders and instead of being abrasive she acted as though it was a new level of her favorite game, she made me feel right at home!! Also the cleanest SmashBurger I’ve ever seen! Happened at about 8:15pm 8/5/25, idk her last name but give Lori a raise!!

We ordered online for pickup. Had never had Smashburger before. It was really good, and even though I didn't have a lot of interaction that needed to happen, the two people thet were working were very friendly..which is a rarity anymore
