Worst starbucks I ever been to! Waited 20 min in drive thru to be told closed. They always short staffed just suck!

The absolute slowest and worst Starbucks experience of my life! The entire drive-through lane, which was at least 15 cars long, went through the drive-thru while we still were standing inside waiting. What I thought was going to be a treat for my daughter before her first day of eighth grade turned into her being five minutes late to school. I will never return to the Starbucks again and you should not either.Any other coffee shop is a much wiser decision. Oh, and the oat milk used in my shaken espresso was curdled.

Multiple times I have placed a mobile order and walk across the street to grab my items and the doors have a sign saying “sorry cafe closed, drive thru is open”… that’s great.. I walked.. so then I have to double back to get in my car and drive.. and they have mobile orders piled up on the counter no one can access. If you are understaffed just TURN OFF MOBILE ORDERING. VERY annoying.

A usually slow location, I made a mobile order this morning 15 minutes ahead of time. Arrived to find the lobby closed (again) and now I’m trapped in a massive line with no way to cancel the order. Whoever manages here needs to find a new line of work - all of the recent one star reviews tell the story.

I accidently forgot the sweet cream in my daughters coffee..instead of a sweetcream vanilla coldbrew I accidently got her a vanilla coldbrew...so I ran back in and asked could I buy a *splash* of sweet cream that they could pour in her coffee..they charged me almost FOUR DOLLARS...TO POUR SOME SWEET CREAM HER VANILLA COLD BREW..RIDICULOUS..Back to Tiim Hortons I go

Arrived at location 6:35pm closing at 7:00pm ordered thru drive thru got to window and was told coffee machine was down early. This is the second time in the last month this has happened . 1st time they charged me for an Americana more expensive I called and was promised a call from the district manager no call. No restroom to use inside. The least they could have offered was an Americana for free or same as tall coffee now calling again. Your business was founded on coffee it should be fundamental to always have brewed coffee

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service. I came in after Sunday service and wanted to get a drink. It took 10mins to even be greeted and order taken. My order was made wrong and I was treated poorly. I would not recommend visiting here.

Just went through the drive-thru for a small black coffee a couple minutes ago. The first time I took a sip the lid fell off and I burned myself. then realized the lid does not close firmly no matter what I try, and I have to hold it every time I take a sip. I can't even place it in the cup holder without the lid popping off, which is the first ive had this happen. Make sure the lid fits snug on the hot coffee before handing it to a customer, that's one of the most important things of working at a coffee shop. I know this review might be annoying but not as annoying as a law suit.

We live in Westerville and have tried to frequent this Starbucks multiple times. Here is why you should NEVER even bother:

1. Closes whenever they want at random. Will leave note on drive-thru window but not on speaker box so a line of cars sits there stuck & raging (this has happened multiple times).
2. There is no menu inside the store. Nothing hanging or displayed anywhere. If you're hoping to switch up your order or not sure what you want...too bad. And the staff doesn't help.
3. They change what time they open in the AM. As an early morning professional, I have tried to go before 5:30 AM (they list online that THEY OPEN AT 5 AM). I have arrived between 5:20-5:30 multiple times and the workers say they aren't ready to open until 5:30. They have turned me away at 5:28 AM (again, they're supposed to be open at 5).

This is a waste of a visit. I have given them multiple opportunities wanting to assume the best and they are NOT WORTH IT. If you live in Westerville, support local or just drive to another coffee/Starbucks location. Pre-Coffee, you don't need this headache.

S. State street has weird hours, very unpredictable on when they open and close. Staff unfriendly but coffee is good. Drive thru is very slow.
