1-10-24, Wednesday night, 20 minutes to close. I creep in with a guilty feeling, knowing I'm potentially that last minute customer who upends the pre-close cleaning routine...But...The young lady behind the counter was bright eyed and cheerful. I needed some help deciding, she offered the perfect solution: not a bit inconvenienced by me, had it ready in 3 seconds without batting an eye and wished me a good evening. I love this starbucks. In my experience, the staff is always great. I placed a mobile order today (just a sandwich) and when I got to the speaker, I was told it was out of stock. I was able to get a different sandwich and they offered me a complimentary treat. The person working the drive-through (around 2:30/3pm) was so sweet despite being super busy. It's tough to remain calm and deliver wonderful customer service during rushes. Thanks ya'll!
