Bianca is bomb af! Excuse my French! But first time I’ve come into a Kroger starbies the lady at another location as rude as can be. Bianca is absolutely amazing. We did have to wait a couple minutes due to the flowing of orders but she took care of us. Absolutely amazing customer service. She even went as far as wiping our drinks down to make sure they were not sticky

It is a hit or miss experience, I’ve been there on 3 different occasions. I ordered a Large Cafe Mocha frappe. The service is just okay.

I must admit, I entered this establishment in a rush and was initially annoyed with the pace of service. That feeling changed after I had the first sip of my oat milk espresso… that beverage was HAND CRAFTED PERFECTION. The best oat milk espresso my husband or I have ever had.I want to apologize for my haste, and I want to thank you for making me slow down and appreciate the little things a little bit extra this morning.
