i ordered online and they were out of almost every breakfast and lunch item. i get there and they are out of the food item i wanted. how as a manager do you let that happen if you don’t have the items just mark it off. i ended up having to get something way cheaper than what i originally ordered so they ripped me off for $2.

I went in and received great service! I wish I could remember the gals name ?. This location can not accept 100$ bills so I did have to leave to get change bc I left my card at home. No tap either.

I work near the Krogers, so I sometimes pop in to get a drink. I’m a very patient person, but this Starbucks really pushes it. The entire staff has been extremely unfriendly every time I’ve been in here, and they go at a snails pace. I usually go in on my lunch break, so it takes the whole 20 minutes just to get one coffee when there’s only one person in front of me. Very disappointed.

The service has been tough lately. The young lady with the short dark hair, doesn’t seem to acknowledge customers whether she’s too busy or just doing other tasks, I mean honestly could at least say hi.

I was told they were out of coffee… I’m pretty sure it’s more like “I don’t feel like making any coffee, Even though it’s literally my job!”…. Why are you open if you’re out of coffee; you’re a coffee shop?!?!?
So I went to order my Apple crisp that I love so much and unfortunately its out of season. But Mary knew how to substitute some flavors and create a yummy drink for me to enjoy. I did not see what the other girls name was but they both worked as a team to make sure I was happy with my drink. Thank you so much for going the extra mile and caring. Its hard to find these days is good customer service , and people who care.

The most amazing Starbucks I think around very friendly employees prices are a little bit pricey but it's worth what you pay for my favorite places to go me and my daughter inside and out
