I just went into the Starbucks to order my daughter & I a couple drinks. The woman In There was so rude. When I tried to show her what I wanted bc I’m unsure how to order certain drinks. In the most rude way she said “just read it to me!” I went to pay using my app as I always do and she said she can’t scan it. How else do I get my points. It smelled like spoiled milk too. Not sure if it as a Kroger thing but it was strong standing at Starbucks counter. People y’all gotta stop treating ppl shitty! So we left.

Was so looking Forward to my wicked Glenda’s Pink Potion. I arrived and it wasn’t ready. No big deal. Only this day I was running late. I could tell the person behind the counter was a little stressed, but she did acknowledge me and told me she’d be making my order next, even though she messed up my drink and it was horrible. She was so friendly, courteous and kind that she was instantly forgiven. Others didn’t find her so nice, and while I waited for my drink, more than one person walked out, and then a very rude lady, came up and tried to cancel her order. I get it I would’ve done the same had the attendant not been so kind the problem is a couple days later when I ordered the same exact order, I got something completely different. The second drink was made to perfection and tasted so awesome . However, the service was horrible. Not just because I like my service with a smile. But when you look so tortured customers wonder if you put a lil bad mojo in that delicious drink it’s not worth it. Third times a charm I can’t wait for my next trip. P. S. The cranberry Danish was equally delicious both orders.
Parking: Kroger parking plenty of parking if your not in a hurry order ahead and pop in.
Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is wheel chair accessible if you are ordering ahead. Very narrow space to order in but possible with a few displays moved aside.

It sucks that this location only has one staff member at a time. I waited 30 minutes for 2 drinks because they put a new hire by himself. Poor guy. Thankfully, someone from Kroger helped out.

Never been to a Starbucks that only has one staff member working at 9am on a weekday, but this one has only had one staff member working the last 2 times I've been here. It's honestly embarrassing that you would need to plan to spend 45 minutes waiting on any given morning (mind you with only 2 people in line) just to get a simple coffee. Unacceptable. Fix it.

New barista messed up my order and made me late without taking into consideration what I asked and making things how “she likes it.” I threw my drink in the trash. Luckily it was a gift card and not my own money.
Mrs KAMRUN was AWESOME. She was preparing to close, but she MADE our drinkWe had to drive here after leaving a different Kroger Starbucks at 7:30pm that said although they close at 8pm they stop serving to clean at 7:30pm. Horrible customer service on their part.Thanks KAMRUN for the great customer service!
