It sucks that this location only has one staff member at a time. I waited 30 minutes for 2 drinks because they put a new hire by himself. Poor guy. Thankfully, someone from Kroger helped out.
Mrs KAMRUN was AWESOME. She was preparing to close, but she MADE our drinkWe had to drive here after leaving a different Kroger Starbucks at 7:30pm that said although they close at 8pm they stop serving to clean at 7:30pm. Horrible customer service on their part.Thanks KAMRUN for the great customer service!
Angel is by far the best Panera employee in the Columbus area!She is always efficient and kind. She has been a long time employee that I drive out of my way to go to this location over closer ones just to get her great service.
