I wanted to write this review as an apology to the guy with the beanie whose break I interrupted with my order. Your reaction to adding extra ice (even though I asked for light ice), followed by the realization that I also wanted cold foam but the cup was too full with ice to fit it, was truly understandable. I’m also certain that throwing a tantrum and shoving my coffee to the side for one of your coworkers to finish was the best course of action. There’s no better way to spend $8 on a bitter cup of coffee. You’re truly the best!

Paid for a medium matcha, received a cup half full. If I wanted a small I would've ordered one. Kinda disappointed but hey, at least my husband got a full cup of coffee I guess.
I’ve been here many times and it’s always been good. Just wanted to highlight that today was my birthday and I “got” a free drink. Coupon wasn’t transferred so I was expecting to pay, but they decided to take care of it. It’s the little things!

The person taking my order got it wrong. She forgot the cream. When I went back to ask for it, it was as if I'd really put her out. I'm about to be completely done with Starbucks. The quality of service has fallen off so much ?. Not worth the exuberant prices ...

This Starbucks is one of the nicest stories I have ever been to. The store is big and spacious. The outdoor area is beautiful .the place is clean . The staff were super friendly and professional. Even though on Yelp it’s marked low rate for this location, I assure you that is not accurate. Ali and her team on a Saturday morning I was there being great . Thank you all.

I’ve only seen Samuel at this location once but Samuel made my whole day brighter. I always feel this way after talking to any staff member at this location honestly, the vibes are absolutely immaculate here and this specific location is the most personable experience I’ve ever had at a chain restaurant, but specifically I came here on Thursday and even in the brief interaction one can have in a drive-thru experience, Samuel was so welcoming and personable, even noticing an Owl House sticker on my car and chatting about our favorite characters from that show because of that! Made my whole day

I just love Starbucks! I get the price its worth it and now everything is so expensive. So with that said. This location has a problem with filling the drinks up. I order venti and it’s barely filled to the top mark. Maybe training is in order? I don’t know but I want my cup filled to the top. For what I pay.

I just took advantage of the half off offer today for a Carmel Frappuccino and must advise that it was terrible. Hardly any Carmel flavoring at all. Do you skimp because it’s half price?

Customer service here is hit or miss. Today was definitely a MISS thanks to barista ASHLEY, who was incredibly rude to me and then argued with me (while holding my sandwich hostage) about whether she was being rude! That was the straw so to speak. 1/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
