My normal store is getting remodeled and so I’ve been going to this one instead. Before when I went here the baristas were friendly enough but it didn’t have that third place feeling and they were never moving with urgency or making meaningful conversation. Some baristas from my other store are here and you can tell the difference they’re making! Abby was the barista who made my drink today and she is one of my favorites from my other store. Friendly, personable, and moves as fast as she can. I even saw her go above and beyond for someone who had their drink taken! There were so many orders but she stayed calm throughout it all. Another special shout-out to Kim who was bright and smiling the entire time; love to see it. Sam was checking in with customers to help find their items which was nice and he was attentive to those waiting.Worried what will happen to the store once the Polaris staff leaves.

I never usually write reviews, but I’ve been so impressed by this location and their employees. I come by sometimes before work in the morning and I am never in the drive thru for more than 5 minutes. They’re so quick to make my drink and keep the line moving. On top of that, the employees are so kind and professional. They always greet me and make conversation with me while I’m at the window. They’re very cheerful and a great start to my morning. I believe Samuel took my order and Kelly was at the window handing me my drink my most recent trip. The drinks are always perfection. Your employees are awesome and so is this location, I always look forward to my visits!

Coffee was okay but a bit watered down and they need a bit of upkeep in the bathroom. Was busy and we waited a long time for the drinks. Overall was a decent Starbucks.

Nice to find a Starbucks with some urgency. Although it took awhile for my drink, I ordered at the store, it was because they had a ton of mobile orders. “Sam” took my order and although professional she wasn’t the friendliest. Maybe an off day for her. Although none of the ladies were super welcoming. But I’d take their productivity over super friendly. Just would have been nice, as I say there, to see one of them smile.

LITERALLY THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! On 10/26/23 I placed an order to pick up a refresher and some food from the Westerville Starbucks when I receive my items are two things that were missing. I called to see if I can get a refund but the manager on duty in the afternoon with enough time, accommodated, and felt comfortable with the whole process. I didn't make it in time to get my order but was assured that I was more than welcome to go pick it up in the morning. Once I arrived the next morning (630am!!!) I was greeted by the most caring, gentle spirited, kind manager who was more than happy to replace my food FRESH AND HOT. I say this with all due respect to the other locations STARBUCKS THE WESTERVILLE LOCATION HAS THE BEST PEOPLE!!!!
