The workers here always close 15-20min before the closing time. They always say “the kitchen is closed”. Management should check on this since it’s inconvenient when customers drive to this location only to find the workers don’t want to take orders any more even though they are still open.

Barista went out of her way to help me with a mobile order I messed up. I picked the wrong store by accident. I was going to leave and they offered to make my 2 drinks.
I appreciate her and the staff doing this for me. I was having a day already and trying to pick up coffee for my wife.

By far the best starbucks I've ever been to! Always get through the line quick even when it's long which I feel like is rare, especially at starbucks. Staff is super friendly and ALWAYS makes my drink right! My go to starbucks from now on!

The first time the person didn't know what I was ordering, even though I had ordered at the two other locations in Westerville with no issue. I can't explain how to make it, I just said the 10 worded name lol y'all supposed to know.
Tonight I show up at 8 pm and I guess they are closed...I say guess because the drive through is lit up like they are open and there are no hours posted -
The girl at the window could have at least acknowledged that they were indeed closed to me. The other lady was still walking around with her headset/mic on.
Posted hours is my recommendation.
Regardless the one on Cleveland is open and there won't be a third attempt at this location!!!

Definitely a busy place but I was helped right away and I had a question about merchandise that the cashier didn’t know off the top of their head, but they were very helpful and friendly about finding the answer for me. Even though it was very busy they were calm, cool and collected. Thanks, Grace!! I decided to try the peppermint mocha, and it was very minty and yummy . Also, because they were so busy, I noticed they were calling out names of ppl whose orders they were in the process of working on, so you knew the status; I really appreciated this!
Parking: Even though it was incredibly busy, there was still ample parking. But this is also a plaza that has many other stores so even if the Starbucks lot was full, you could potentially park in the grocery store, parking lot and walk over.

I freaking love this Starbucks and all it's employees. They are awesome, friendly and inviting. Doesn't matter if I use drive thru service or front counter, they are always so patient and helpful when I'm not sure what I'm getting that day. I always try to leave a decent tip for them to show my appreciation whether be cash or my card. I've became kinda of Regular there they great me by name which i also love about it.. Ooh And the smell, I absolutely love the aroma of coffee and sweets combined. I use to go to random Starbucks to get my drinks which ever was nearest to my location at that time haha. But now I wait until I'm in Westerville, and before work ⁸ There is only one time I can think of where the service wasn't the nicest. But i didn't take any hurt feelings over it. Everyone has bad days sometimes. Especially when some customers aren't the easiest to pleese, or feel entitled to get so much for so little. Even with the greatest of service, they never tip or show appreciation so I get it..I just want you all to know you are wonderful young adults, and are doing a fantastic job of running that coffee shop. I appreciate yall every time.!! Thank You
