I thought the matcha would be better with the new ingredients but it still just straight up tastes like milk and they took forever to make it! a waste of a birthday drink, I’m really disappointed :(

I recently visited a Starbucks⚠️❤️🚧 and was really disappointed by the rude behavior of the staff. Despite leaving a tip, they were incredibly impolite, showing no gratitude or basic courtesy. It made me question why I even bother tipping when the service is far from friendly. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but being respectful should always be a standard in customer service. I won’t be returning anytime soon.🔇🔇🔇🔇🚧

They charged me a $1 extra for whole milk in a shaken espresso. Isn’t oat milk more expensive? And if you’re already a barista that makes drinks and uses whole milk through out the day, what is the difference?? I’ve never been charged like this before. I’d rather eliminate sugar and processed seed milk from my diet, thanks.

This is the SLOWEST startbucks I have ever been to in my life. If there's 3 cars in line, be prepared to be waiting for 30 minutes. Also, if you're the only car in line be prepared because you’ll still be waiting for 20 minutes! Placed your mobile order and it wasn’t early enough for the baristas liking? oh, you’ll hear about it because they’ll be mad at you! It's absolutely unreal. Some of the workers are very judgmental and rude as well.

Absolutely one of the WORST Starbucks around. Staff have extremely poor and childish attitudes. They are pushy, try to rush you to finish your order, and get mega ornery with you when you have more to order after each time they say "Is that all for you?" They are rude enough that I decided to hop out of drive thru after placing my order because the person's attitude. How do I know they haven't spit in my coffee when they treat me and their job like that?

As if serving up a fresh cup of bad attitude that nobody deserved wasn't enough, these people also man-paw the drinks. There is ALWAYS dirt, hand grime, fingerprints, and other strange fluids on the lid and cup of drinks I order. How nobody has gotten fired over this consistent food safety issue is beyond reason at this point. Starbucks Corporate needs to come into this place and clean house.
