I had one of the best experiences at Starbucks last Thursday. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and guided toward the perfect drink choice. The barista even offered me the option of enjoying my food and drink on a plate and in a mug, which gave the whole visit a cozy, café-like feel rather than just grabbing something to go.
At first, I stood by the counter waiting for my order, but the partner kindly encouraged me to relax instead of standing there. A gentleman then brought my food out to me on a plate, and the barista who made my drink served it in a large mug. Both were absolutely delicious, and the thoughtful service truly elevated the experience.
It was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks.

They make the absolute BEST Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino. I am so addicted…I make a daily visit. I am always greeted when I come in— even though my order is usually already sitting on the counter waiting and I don’t need any help. If I am too lazy to walk in and decide to pick my up my order via the drive thru, they are always pleasant, gracious, and friendly.
I absolutely love this location and adore the staff here. Each and every one of them! Although my order is quite simple, they make me feel like it was made with love! So for that reason, I am a loyal (and daily) customer, as well as a fan.

Ever wonder why this Starbucks has a 3.9 rating? The baristas are incredibly rude, and the manager clearly doesn’t care about their behavior. Worst customer service I’ve experienced anywhere. Especially The young lady should not work there because she makes horrible day for customers!!!
