I had one of the best experiences at Starbucks last Thursday. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and guided toward the perfect drink choice. The barista even offered me the option of enjoying my food and drink on a plate and in a mug, which gave the whole visit a cozy, café-like feel rather than just grabbing something to go.

They make the absolute BEST Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino. I am so addicted…I make a daily visit. I am always greeted when I come in— even though my order is usually already sitting on the counter waiting and I don’t need any help. If I am too lazy to walk in and decide to pick my up my order via the drive thru, they are always pleasant, gracious, and friendly.

Wow. I am not a regular Starbucks person but the service that I received here was absolutely amazing. The person at the register had a conversation with me and the person at the end of the line had a conversation with me. I cannot believe how awesome the customer service is here.
