Steak Escape Sandwich Grill

I am not happy with the new items. We would drive 45 minutes to come here and now the triple cheesesteak is gone, and the buns have sesame seeds. Flavor is not nearly as good. I’m disappointed :(

Honestly I have no idea if the food's any good at all. I'm not prone to giving restaurants a second or a third chance, but I have tried three times in the last 2 years to order at the drive-thru here. Every time I sit there for a few minutes and nothing ever happens. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Great lunch spot. Very good cheese steak sandwiches. Fries are next level whole potato style - very crispy and more thin cut than 5 guys. They have bowls that look great if you don't want the Cheese Steak or a sub. Service was fast and friendly. Place should be busier than it was at 1 pm yesterday.

Ordered 2 Grand Escapes, hubby drove home (45 min) and we received 2 Ragin Cajuns ? And been trying to call for 30 minutes..busy..

They made a small error yesterday handing out food but quickly corrected when I came in today. The young man on the grill in the braids is respectful and works diligently the staff seems chill and customer friendly overall!

Great subs … fry bowls on bomb

I ordered food thru the drive through. Nothing was added to my sandwich or offered..there was no seasoning on it. The paper towels were balled up like toilet paper in the bag. I went back inside and they did remake it after I complained. Do better. The last couple of times I have come there it has been going downhill. Fix your parking lot. Also staff should be washing there hands.

I am thoroughly disappointed. I order at the Westerville OH location a grand escape with leverything except no peppers due to a food allergy to pepperys. Paid $10. I go ly a roll with very little meat and nothing else on it. Its all bread and dried out. Wasted of my money. I'm so upset because this was supposed to be dinner. Now I have to go out somewhere else to buy me a real meal.

Went here not that long ago. Steak and sub were amazing. Fries were also super good. Tore that shit up. Staff was also super kind and they seemed pretty put together. 10/10 would eat again. Sad to see haters in the reviews!

I was the only one in the drive thru and my food took over 20 minutes. Fries were cold. Grease was soaking through the wrappers and bag and I get a whole 2 napkins.
