I was the only one in the drive thru and my food took over 20 minutes. Fries were cold. Grease was soaking through the wrappers and bag and I get a whole 2 napkins.
Great food. The employees were okand the atmosphere's kinda yucky with cement sticky floor
Great food
Only go to the drive-thru if you have 15 minutes to wait
No my favorite place, wish I had gone somewhere else. The fries were good though.
We drove passed this place a hundred times before we decided to give it a shot and we were not disappointed. The same wishes are great and the portion is large. I also really like how friendly the staff is whenever we stop in.
Little upset with this particular location winter multiple times and it seems to be every time I go there I just can't seem to get my sandwich made the way it's supposed to be I don't understand how you can't screw up simple sandwiches but they seem to do it the floors were sticky so I'm sticking to the floor everywhere I walk tables are dirty nobody's out there washing them I'm sorry but I don't think I'm going to return back to this location again
Lackluster - no seasoning - steak just tasted like beef and that’s it - the cold tomatoes and lettuce really kicked the blandness up a notch - haven’t been here in years and am very disappointed
The food was okay nothing special.
Very affordable and delicious food. Fries were fresh and delicious.

Best Philly cheese steak sandwiches I've ever had.
Clear this place shares a recruiting pipeline from Walmart, trash service, restaurant needs to be deep cleaned, grease buildup on the glass between the customer and the cook, I'm guessing those people there has never cleaned anything in their lives restaurant clearly shows it
It was Vday and I got a free drink. It's always love when I eat a Philly Cheessteak sub...*bars*
When I think of Steak Escape, it brings back great memories of the City Center Mall and grabbing a Grand Escape sandwich and a Cinnabon. Those were the days. Years ago, I was reintroduced to Steak Escape in Westerville. To my surprise it was the same great traste but not the same great service. Talk about cook to order. This prompted me not to eat here again, until I tried again today. I went to the drive through, repeated my order over the intercom at least five times, only to realize my order was never placed. No wonder the staff member had me repeat my order at least five times. Steak Escape, something has to give. I was actually surprised today to find this establishment still open after all these years.
