Ordered online from westerville subway on November 25, 2025 for 6 pm pickup. Friends did the pickup. Ordered 2 - 6 inch and 1 - 12 inch sandwiches. We received 3 - 6 inch and one of them had the wrong toppings. Repeated phone calls to this store go unanswered. Will have to drive to the store to get reimbursed. Not happy with this store. Jim

Ordered 3 subs online. Only 1 out of the 3 was correct! The receipt had it vorrect, so who ever processed the order really messed up!!

Just left 10 mins ago, asked for toasted sub saw the woman toast it and the cheese looked melted. Came home and the meat and bread were ice cold and it was not crisp like it was toasted. Only like they half melted the cheese.

Lately, I've been going to pick up orders for delivery on behalf of other people. And they'll never have the entire order put together, they'll have the sandwiches made. But they expect me to get the drinks ready.And the chips ready for orders that they should be preparing.I do not work there.Yet the last few times I've gone there.I've had to do an equal amount of work as the employee that works there for no pay

Did not have a good experience. Was ordering my sub and asked for a certain sauce as I have allergies to choptlie seasonings, the employee made my sandwich I expressed my allergies and she still put the choptlie dressing on my sandwich as I ASKED for sweet onion sauce. Went thru an allergic reaction could not breathe I'm not satisfied as they WERE NOT BUSY!

They have hiring signs posted on the outside of the door and on the window of the food line. I asked about the hiring the lady said they’re not hiring anymore. I pointed out that they have signs posted she then told me that they hired a lady. I proceeded with my order because I wanted to see how this played out. Needless to say her energy was off although she did continue to ask questions such as how many hours could I work I told her it would be for my daughter and asked how many they needed she said 10-15 a week. I got a very bad feeling from the initial encounter because why have the signs still posted if you’re going to tell me you’re not hiring anymore? Idk if it was because it was me asking or if what she said is true either way. I highly suggest people look elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I asked for an Italian chopped salad and he was too lazy to even chop the meat. Stated they don’t have Italian packets when I come nearly once a week and they have never had an issue before.

They have a reputation of shorting you on meat, the new franchisees now has a reputation of shorting you with toppings as well, used to give you small portions of meat and cram your sandwich with toppings, now they give you meager portions of toppings as well as the meat now you basically just have a bread sandwich with little to nothing in Between the Bun but charge you full price, use caution when buying here, I would suggest Jersey Mike's by the Kroger, in that Plaza behind this place

This store is great in terms of subways. Cleaner than most of them and good service. Good quality was also good

Went in for an over priced salad. Veggies were wilted and browned. Did not cut up the meat on thr salad, that was left for me to do when I got home. Bowl was only half full and I paid full price. Not my go to shop anymore. The one on sunbury rd is nicer with fresh veggies and gives you more.
