If I could give 0 stars I would. I asked for an Italian chopped salad and he was too lazy to even chop the meat. Stated they don’t have Italian packets when I come nearly once a week and they have never had an issue before.

They have a reputation of shorting you on meat, the new franchisees now has a reputation of shorting you with toppings as well, used to give you small portions of meat and cram your sandwich with toppings, now they give you meager portions of toppings as well as the meat now you basically just have a bread sandwich with little to nothing in Between the Bun but charge you full price, use caution when buying here, I would suggest Jersey Mike's by the Kroger, in that Plaza behind this place

Went in for an over priced salad. Veggies were wilted and browned. Did not cut up the meat on thr salad, that was left for me to do when I got home. Bowl was only half full and I paid full price. Not my go to shop anymore. The one on sunbury rd is nicer with fresh veggies and gives you more.

I had an online order not get made, and the customer service was very poor. The Subway website stated that this location was open until 9pm, and that I had until 8:30pm to place my online order. So I placed my order before the 8:30pm cutoff time. My credit card was charged and my order was accepted and confirmed. When I went in to pick up my order at 8:45pm, literally all the food was put away and the store was shut down for closing. So my order wasn't even made, and I was just told that the store was closed... even though it wasn't technically closed until 9pm. I told the two workers to look up my order, and they could see that it went through, but they just didn't make it. So they offered to make it from scratch in the back room where they store the food, and I said OK because it was too late to cancel my order at this point. The worst part is that I received no apology for my inconvenience after they completely dropped the ball. They made excuses about closing the store based on the bus schedule, which is not my problem. I understand that these things can happen, but at least offer an apology or maybe a complimentary cookie or bag of chips or something. I later found out that they didn't put any cheese on my two subs which also couldn't be toasted because they shut everything down. The subs were lacking on the toppings as well. I used to like this location, but the staff changed, and I won't be back.

They must be illiterate. They’ve gotten the online order WRONG the two times I have been there!!! They are so skimpy on the toppings too. My foot long sandwich had like 3 cucumbers and a sprinkle of lettuce. Go somewhere else!

Placed an app order. While the store marked it as ready, I watched a dozen customers come & go. 30 minutes later they made my order. I thought ordering through the app was supposed to reduce wait time, but here I was told walk-ins get priority. So if you order ahead, you better hope that there are 0 customers. To top it off, the bread was burnt, and I literally had to search to find meat in my sandwich. I may have been being punked. That's the only reasonable explanation for this customer service and food.

The food Is average from this subway. My biggest problem is most of the time the subway app does not let me order for dinner, it shows everything as stocked out. If it actually does let me order, it’s never ready when I show up. I emailed SUBWAY® corporate, and they never responded to my concerns with the app ordering. I recommend getting a sandwich from somewhere else in the Maxtown area. This place is terrible.
