I had what was probably the best sandwich I’ve ever had in my life today at this Subway. Employees were nice, good work!

Veggies seemed old, bread seemed old. Another customer came to order while we were eating and the employee was no where to be found. I'd say he was lucky to not be served. Don't eat here, go somewhere else.

Dirty location. This is inside the Meijer store and I have seen cleaner restaurants inside highway gas stations. Gnats were all around the soda machine and the bathroom was filthy. With the sticky floors and filthy walls it appeared to not have been cleaned in months. Had I had the pleasure of smelling the mop bucket prior to ordering food we would have eaten at another location.

Worst experience at a Subway restaurant ever, if I give this store a negative -5 stars I would. When ordering my sub I was told if I wanted more that 6 black olives on my sub, that she have to charge me extra $. The lady who helped me claimed she was the store manger and she was very rude. Avoid this Subway location if possible.

We stopped there at about 9:15 p.m.,Wednesday 6-20-2018. The employee clearly had no real interest in serving us. She was ready to go home. She was very rude that the tea had been thrown out: she literally snapped at us and yelled “the tea is gone†after we watched her throw it out! (She later claimed she threw it away at 7:30!) There was no more meatball marinara, and she did not offer to heat more. She told my son she was closing soon, and we had 45 minutes left. She was trying to unnecessarily rush us when there were no other customers. I told her I would take my business elsewhere and did! I want the owner to know that this employee should not be serving the public. She is a very rude person and frankly lied about when the tea was thrown out and when the place closed. She said it closed at 9:45 when the internet and sign said 10:00! She did nothing to please us the customers, and lost a $15-20 sale. Also there were many people in Meijer so she probably lost other business.

Rude service looked at the customers like they where eyesores, really disrespectful in the way they talked to us. Buns seemed old they seemed to be planning on using the same old buns for the next day as well. From someone who works at the food industry highly reccomend a change of workers or their attitudes.

This is the new Subway that just opened inside the Meijers, not the one across the street in the gas station at Krogers parking lot. The place was very clean but that's the best thing I can say. There was only one teen aged kid running the entire shop of a Friday evening. We had a 25 minute wait with only one person ahead of us. And she was only ordering a single sub. I really felt sorry for the kid. He was trying to bake bread, restock, take orders, answer the phones, and keep the place cleans all at the same time. If you're going to open a new restaurant you OVER staff your first few weeks to impress the community, not under staff. The bread was over baked and hard as a rock. Apparently condiments are at a premium at this location because we hardly got anything on our sandwich. I would stay away for a couple more weeks until the management gets their heads into the game and start reading the comments people are leaving them.
