They close and lock the door before their posted close time, they also don't accept any of subways coupons. Same dude owns another less than 3 miles away and they accept all of it. This store is the biggest waste of time and subway should feel bad for putting their name on it.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Took 15 minutes to make two sandwiches with two people there. Asked for extra meat, didn’t get it but sure was charged for it. When I said, ma’am I asked for extra meat she just nodded at me? Will absolutely not return to this Subway. Employees are rude, food was disgusting and burnt because they left it in the oven for too long because they were having a conversation. They had two subs sitting at the register that were not ours but argued with my husband that they were.. I just fear that is common sense because did you make 4 subs or 2 when we came in..? lol. 0/10 do not recommend.

Bugs in my food- My husband picked up a "protein bowl" at this Subway this evening (1186 County Line Rd, Westerville OH 43082). When I came home and looked through the clear lid there were several large gnats or fruit flies in my food. He contacted the restaurant from home to make them aware of the issue. They refused to issue a refund. They offered to make me a new bowl if I came back to the restaurant. He. asked the worker, "Why would I want another salad from your restaurant if my original order had several gnats or fruit flies in it." Their facility is unhygienic. The man apologized and proceeded to offer me another salad tonight or tomorrow morning.

I don't think this location should be in business if they are unable to maintain hygienic conditions. The lid was not taken off after leaving the restaurant. The bugs are easier to see in the videos than in the photos because of the hazy lid.unfortunately I can’t post the videos here but the department of health will appreciate them I am sure.

A little over $4 for a 6 inch veggie no veggies lolMy kiddo has a very specific way of eating at subway, he like marinara with light cheese toasted. He enjoys one from time to time.It's easy to make and easy to mess up, but they do a nice job.

One customer in front of us and one behind us. Employees moved at a moderate pace. I didn't feel rushed or felt like a burden. Employees were friendly and restaurant was clean. Would recommend.
