first off it took like 30 mins for my food, my fries were dry, and my quesadilla was not cut and was drenched in sauce??. No one else in my party had any of these problems other than me, Taco Bell is targeting me #tf I do???

went to pick up an online order placed through the app, only for them to tell me they were closed......then why did the app let me order, and why do the hours say they close at 4am on the app AND on google?? very interesting 🤔

this establishment never answers their phones. even with sufficient staff, there should at least be one person to answer the phone/register at all times and another person to cover register. they also frequently mess up orders because whoever is in charge of training these employees also doesn’t know how to train, probably an underage high school student who has no experience and they should fully take this staff out and find a good team for this location.

Absolutely horrible location! Had a horrible experience more than once. Today my fiancé sat in line for 20 minutes to discover during open hours the only employee had been sitting in their car doing nothing leaving the store empty!!! Find better employees or shut down.

Paid inside at the kiosk and Waited 20 minutes to get food. Very slow service. Had to ask for my food. When I got there the line for the drive thru was long, when I left no one was in the drive thru.

Always slow, always wrong, always rude! And if you do choose to order inside, you have to use their stupid kiosk that works half the time. The best thing that could happen to this Taco Bell would be to sell it to someone who cares. This was a much more enjoyable place in the pre-covid days.

What a sorry excuse of an establishment. Figured i would walk in instead of going through the drive thru. Sat there for 25 minutes and got home opened up my food and it was just throw together lettuce flying out of every wrapper. The owner of this location should fire his entire staff and sell the place. What a disappointment.
