Waited 1hr for a DoorDash order (I’m the driver) and saw the 10 other customers waiting in the lobby to get their food, and almost every one of them that I saw get their food had to come back because the workers forgot half of the stuff they ordered. I saw this happen like 7 times while I waited for my delivery that I had to take out.

I went through the drive thru and the nicest, most polite, professional young gentleman named Jorge took my order. He was so delightful and friendly! I was greatly impressed!! Usually they take the order and pass it to you and that is it! No smile or anything! This guy talked and seemed to really enjoy his job. I am sure he does not get enough money for his job!!! It was so nice to encounter this young man. He will go places with his attitude!!! Keep it up!!!!

this establishment never answers their phones. even with sufficient staff, there should at least be one person to answer the phone/register at all times and another person to cover register. they also frequently mess up orders because whoever is in charge of training these employees also doesn’t know how to train, probably an underage high school student who has no experience and they should fully take this staff out and find a good team for this location.
