If you want to have to drive back or pay for items and then not get them, this is the place for you. You can always count on them messing up your orders every single time and not caring when you bring it up. Do not visit this location. There is another location maybe a mile away in Westerville. Go there instead.

We received the best service we could ever have asked for this past Wednesday evening. The woman who took our order was extremely polite! And when we got to the window and had to wait for our food for a couple minutes, she was so kind and carried on a great conversation with us. We will be back!!!

No excuse for being short staffed. Ownership needs to pay workers more if they “can’t find anyone to work”

45 minutes for food. No need for tacos. Took refund and left. Everyone was very rude. They 2 guys cooking did more fking around then making food. Od replace the whole staff. Worse excuse for a fast food place. You would get negative stars if the was a option

There was a female manager working who seemed flustered, was extremely rude and yelled at my wife over mild sauce. My food looked like it got choke slammed onto the wrapper. I am a business owner myself and I would never let my employees treat someone the way I was treated. The male manager was extremely polite and helped diffuse the situation. I know fast food and I know how customers can be but it’s not every customer and that has to be known, her actions were unacceptable.

My friends a i used to come here almost weekly. Its just way too slow. Food takes forever when dine in. Staff is kind but seems like theyre understaffed. Before Covid it was way faster
