Came through on Christmas, 2025 at 5:27 PM whoever was working at that time you’re awesome. You guys gave me an extra Baja blast. Does that ring a bell merry Christmas thank you so much for being amazing.

Waited in the extremely but understandably long drive thru line for 130am when we approached to order the woman said I am sorry we close at 2am tonight I said it's not 2 yet and we have been sitting in this line she said are you serious and then dead silent and wouldn't take the order the door says open until 3am or 4am and again understand things happen but we were in line and it wasn't 2am I feel for the rest waiting still
Be prepared to wait 5-15min per vehicle. This is the slowest location, lived in Westerville my whole life it’s faster to drive to grove city location than going here.
How on earth do you mess up tacos at the dang TACO bell????

How bad can you be! Ordered a soft taco supreme meal with no tomatoes. They made all 3 tacos all different. 1 correct, 1 with tomatoes and 1 with no sour cream. How is that even possible? And people cry about certain jobs need to get paid more.

We ordered half our order no cheese and no sour cream. We got both. We ordered one of their new deserts paid for it and didn't get it. The luxe boxes were mixed up. I mean how hard it to read an order! Even when I called them they didn't even pick up!
While the service is not the fastest, it has always been correct and warm for me. I think that’s a fair trade off
