I was really looking forward to trying Teriyaki Madness, but unfortunately, my experience left me disappointed. I had a $5 coupon from the Worthington store, which clearly stated it was valid at participating TMAD locations. When I went to use it, the employee called the owner, and they flat-out refused to honor it.
It’s frustrating when businesses offer promotions but then don’t stand behind them. Instead of saving $5, they lost out on my entire order. It’s a shame because I was ready to support them, but I took my business elsewhere. Customer service matters, and unfortunately, this location didn’t deliver.

I am a coach and our team worked with Teriyaki Madness for a delivery dinner during a game weekend. Our order was delivered by the owner himself, who was also very flexible with our delivery times and so accommodating to what our team needed! Our team also loved the food; portion sizes were more than enough and every order was made to perfection. Big thank you to the owners!!! Would definitely recommend Teriyaki Madness to any team needing a delivery meal in the area! 10/10 experience!!!

I eat here often todays food was horrible veggies hard and crunchy rice cold chicken big pieces not cut right just horrible gave me diarrhea really bad someone is sick or bad hygiene horrible experience I won’t be back for a while very disappointed in my meal tonight 3/5/2025

TM is a great fast food chain. This store had a clean dining room and great service. Their unlimited teriyaki sauce was authentic without too much sugar and salt. Chicken tasted tender and fresh with fried mixed vegetables. The price was reasonable. WiFi was not available.
