The BEST and CLEANEST Thai food! I’ve been to Thailand and this place is even better because it’s not only delicious but also has organic and free range options.
Price is right for the quality—if anyone says otherwise they don’t have high health standards.
People are really thoughtful and Thai people make the food!

19 dollars a dish and you get a TINY amount of chicken. I live in Uptown and support local restaurants at least 3 times a week. Hour and 25 min wait here twice after seated. I'm over it.
Fantastic small Thai restaurant. Food is fresh and delicious.

Delicious Northern Thai cuisine. Ampke vegetarian options. Caution: be ready to be patient. One dish cooked at a time did keep us waiting a while. But it was worth it.

We came in for dinner last night and had one of the best Thai dinners we’ve ever had! There was one server on and he did an amazing job. Since everything is made from scratch please be patient but I assure you it’s worth the wait. We ordered summer rolls, curry puffs, a green salad, beef salad, duck curry and pad se ew noodles. There were three of us and this was the perfect amount of food to share. We had a bottle of Willamette Riesling to pair for the meal. The duck curry and the puffs were our favorite but everything was outstanding! This is a gem of Westerville, thank you again for the wonderful dinner and happy holidays!

I really wanted to like Thai Grill because the food itself is tasty and well-seasoned. However, the value just isn’t there. The portion sizes are really small for the price, and I couldn’t even find much chicken in the Panang curry.
We also visited with two young kids and ended up waiting almost an hour after ordering for our entrées to arrive—even though the restaurant wasn’t full. That made the experience even more frustrating.
Overall, while the flavors were good, the combination of small portions, lack of protein, and extremely slow service makes it hard for me to justify coming back. I’m probably not going to be a returning customer.

Incredibly lackluster. We came in from New York to celebrate the holidays with family, and we were excited to try some delicious Thai food. We’ve been in the area before over many many years but hadn’t tried Thai Grille yet. Needless to say, the prices were too expensive for the portion sizes (and that’s coming from folks who live in New York City) and the containers of food were only HALF FULL! Half a container of rice, half of a coconut chicken soup and half of a panang chicken curry. The flavor was okay, not great, but opening up the food to see half sized portions for what we paid was absolutely ridiculous. We will not be going back again. Better of saving your money and going somewhere more authentic that gives honest portion sizes.

Food is 4/5 but the quantity is less for one person. That can be changed for the prices that are set out on menu
Food is always delicious and the employees/servers are always so kind.

Thai Grill is a fantastic place but be prepared to wait. The location is small and they serve fantastic fresh Thai food so they are usually busy for good reason!
