Decided to check out The Swimming Hen Food Truck today in Westerville. Talked with Jason the owner. He's been a chef for 30 years. I ordered the original thighs, they are prepared with a sous vide method and then cooked in a crispy method. OMG!!!!!! So moist on the inside and crispy outside. You won't believe how good it tastes. Also ordered the Boursin Mac N Cheese, it's made with a blend of cheeses. Nice and creamy. Delicious!!! Also ordered the Collard Greens which are made with bacon and pork bits I believe. Super tasty, not bitter at all. Also added some scrumptious corn bread, they add a small portion of whipped honey butter. Yummmy. You have to get out and check these new guys out. Some really great food.
