This is my go to tim Hortons and I will usually drive a little out of my way to come here. The coffee tastes better on their machines versus the new ones that have the fancy coffee machines. Too many times though the order is wrong. They need to do a better job of reading the order back to you. The drive through is better then the counter with getting orders right.

Taylor and Conner are hands down the BEST customer service workers of any establishment I have ever been to. Tim Hortons should be proud of these exceptional cashiers and what they bring to their customers. Look forward to seeing the everyday. Thanks Again!

I come here for meetings about 2, 3 times a week staff Taylor and Cooper and Gisselle(spelling)are always friendly , know my orders by heart and always worth the trip

We went inside the store and no one acknowledged us. Several employees walked by us and didn’t say a single word to us. Another customer walked up and had to actually get someone’s attention and she said she was waiting 20mins for her sandwich.

More often than not this store will be out of whatever you're ordering. And definitely don't order ahead via app because whether the store has stock or not, or even if it's past serving time for breakfast, the app will still allow you to order.
Truthfully I don't believe there's a good Tim Hortons around anymore unfortunately.

I am writing to thank you for the exceptional service, product and atmosphere at the south Sunbury road location!! The dynamic duo of Cooper and Jackson provide outstanding service, a quality product and work efficiently. Both of them contribute to the overall experience which provides the differential advantage in the market place. The store is always clean and a pleasant location to dine. Trash employees ! And services! Manger had nerve to use the sitting area as an on site daycare..
They just cannot seem to ever get it right. I'm sure even if you order a large black coffee it will not be correct

This location has gotten terrible. How are you open until 7 but your expresso machine is already cleaned at 4:50??? Then when you order expresso they dont put in what you order all you get is milk and carmel. They are in the cars smoking and not paying attention when customers are waiting. Not giving this location anymore of my money.

The employees here were extremely nice and for the first time in a long time someone actually took the time to educate us on how the bagel, egg, bacon & cheese sandwich should be made. We just started going to Tim hortons again not long ago and we have been going to a different location than sunbury road they’ve always made our sandwiches with 1 egg, 1 slice of cheese & 1 bagel with some bacon (I always adjust the one egg that’s on the sandwich). However when we came to Sunbury Road Tim Hortons they let us know the sandwich is suppose to have 2 eggs which I had no idea. All of the employees I interacted with there were amazing and thank you Cynthia for taking such good care of us and our order today! Needless to say this will be our go to location from now on! The employees at this location gave extremely better service than the other location as well. Thank you again guys!

Grubhub orders: I’m wondering why when I place an order through Grubhub, Tim Hortons always rings in the order again INCORRECTLY and prints a new receipt to attach to the Grubhub order instead of using the original receipt with what I ordered on it. I pretty much get the same thing every time and it’s a hit or miss on if it’s going to be correct or not. To elaborate, it’s for the drinks. For example, I order an Iced Cap Supreme, mocha, with an added shot of espresso. (I receive a plain iced cap.) And then a Vanilla Iced Latte using cane sugar syrup, add whipped cream and extra vanilla. (I receive a plain vanilla iced latte.) Unfortunately they print an entire new receipt that doesn’t match the receipt on my order and I’m wondering if they are just too lazy to make the drinks or don’t feel like ringing it in again the way it was ordered. This doesn’t happen every time, but it happens ENOUGH to want to write a review to bring it to the attention of the store owner. Something is not being done correctly for delivery orders and it needs to be addressed. Thanks! Refer to Grubhub order 10/27 at 9:07am for your first look. What happened? Please address this so I can continue to order.
