Ordered from here twice this morning, one through DoorDash one through the site to correct the first order we ordered. Problem is both orders were absolutely wrong! Ordered two drinks first order and bagel only one drink came. Ordered through the site directly ordered 2 drinks again only one came. The chat it gives you with the dasher through the site is useless, they don’t read or pay attention to what you text them. We tried calling the store directly 3 times already this morning but no one will answer the phone. Do better y’all , pay attention you’re messing with peoples money here

It was my first time at a Tim Hortons. The service was fast and friendly. The store and lobby was very clean. However, I didn't like the donut nor was I impressed with the coffee. I guess it's a matter of preference. In the future I prefer something else when it comes to a donut and coffee. With a line that wrapped around the building it was obvious to that not everyone would share the same opinion. I guess that I am kind of a coffee snob. I don't like Dunkin's coffee either.

I had a BAD experience with Christina this afternoon (and this IS NOT the first time either) I come there EVERYDAY and order , and to be treated like I did and talked to the way they talked to me…if you keep letting your employees treat people like this…what makes you think I would bring my service there anymore!!!

I went to the drive-through window. I asked for specific donuts and they said they didn’t have them as a pull into the window to pay. I can see about seven employees walking around in the back and they are eating the donuts, they said they didn’t have available. I questioned the employees about this, and eventually got the donuts I asked for. It’s very unprofessional in the way they act, and this isn’t the first time i’ve had horrible customer service here. as I go to pay, I’m using my app with the coupon, I can see that the coupon doesn’t go through and I ask the employee. They say the transactions already been done and there’s nothing we can do about it. I tried multiple times to come to rhis location , and every time I get awful customer service, and the employees act as if I should even be in the drive-through. if you were planning on going to Tim Hortons, I highly recommend the one on Sunbury Road,

I have been a customer at the south state street location for the past year. I can always count on getting my coffee just like I like it. Kyra is so kind and positive every time I come. Waited at the cashier for a while;there were 4 ladies working but none of them even said that will be there to help you! Infact one of them (her face) got super angry as if walking in was a mistake. If they don’t want to serve people inside, better shut the doors and make it a drive-thru only .

There was a very rude employee at the window this morning. She must have been having a bad day or something bc her customer service was lacking. This goes to show that even if your food is good, an employee can make an even bigger impression than a company's product quality.

I stop by to this location and is always the sameI remember months ago I went to get my coffee my special coffee first machine is broken,second we out of cream I was really?I give it a second visit yesterday I was try to order a BLTE bagel sandwich and they said we out of lettuce…unfortunately I won’t stop to this location again..why because the service not even care either and always missing something.
