I don’t come here often, but this morning I decided to grab breakfast before work and used the app for a coupon. I wasn’t aware that the item I chose was excluded. That’s fine — mistakes happen — but the way the situation was handled was completely unnecessary.
The tall black woman at the drive-thru register 7:52 AM was extremely rude. Instead of explaining the issue or apologizing for the confusion, she talked to me as if I was trying to use multiple coupons and said it was “maxed out,” even though I wasn’t able to use any coupon at all because of the exclusion. Her tone was smart and unprofessional the entire time.
If you work in customer service, friendliness and basic respect should come with the job. You never know what someone is dealing with in their day, and her attitude was uncalled for. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location.

ive been regularly coming here for over a year now on my way to work and almost every time ive had no issues but the last like week or two almost every time my order is messed up or i have to repeat myself 10 times for my order to be right. i don’t know if the lady, i think her name was Erica, has left or moved up that used to take orders but she was great lol whenever i pulled up she already knew what i wanted and my order was always correct. the old man taking orders now is okay. but cream and dip sounds nothing alike.

Hi! I stopped through the drive thru today at about 1pm for a pumpkin iced capp and two vanilla dip donuts (which all of it was phenomenal by the way) but I just had to stop by and say that the wonderful woman that took my order at the speaker and also cashed me out at the window was just amazing!! I felt so welcomed and not rushed, which most places are like that anymore. She mentioned to get the Tim Horton’s app as well. She was so so kind and very inviting with her words so thank you!! :)

Let’s see. I ordered for the very first time here. I needed a quick breakfast sandwich meal. I asked for a bagel with some ham, cheese and bacon. Not only is the bagel super stale, they didn't bother to even heat up the ham. When I went back to the drive-through, and asked if they would heat it up, they said that they don't have a way of doing that, and on top of that didn't even bother to give me a bag for my items. It's just absolutely ridiculous! It was like they got the ham from the refrigerator, put it on the sandwich and said the hell with it! I think the employees need to have a little bit more common sense and making someone's food. If the item is meant to be hot, the common sense says to make it hot or try to at least. The kids look pretty young there. We pay high taxes here for the schools in Ohio, higher than my native state of Colorado. From what I know, most of the taxes go to the school districts. My experience today is not evident that the school systems are providing a decent education, or common sense to say the least! I want a refund for both my food and my taxes!!!! Never again!

Ordered from here twice this morning, one through DoorDash one through the site to correct the first order we ordered. Problem is both orders were absolutely wrong! Ordered two drinks first order and bagel only one drink came. Ordered through the site directly ordered 2 drinks again only one came. The chat it gives you with the dasher through the site is useless, they don’t read or pay attention to what you text them. We tried calling the store directly 3 times already this morning but no one will answer the phone. Do better y’all , pay attention you’re messing with peoples money here

It was my first time at a Tim Hortons. The service was fast and friendly. The store and lobby was very clean. However, I didn't like the donut nor was I impressed with the coffee. I guess it's a matter of preference. In the future I prefer something else when it comes to a donut and coffee. With a line that wrapped around the building it was obvious to that not everyone would share the same opinion. I guess that I am kind of a coffee snob. I don't like Dunkin's coffee either.
