It was my first time at a Tim Hortons. The service was fast and friendly. The store and lobby was very clean. However, I didn't like the donut nor was I impressed with the coffee. I guess it's a matter of preference. In the future I prefer something else when it comes to a donut and coffee. With a line that wrapped around the building it was obvious to that not everyone would share the same opinion. I guess that I am kind of a coffee snob. I don't like Dunkin's...
I had a BAD experience with Christina this afternoon (and this IS NOT the first time either) I come there EVERYDAY and order , and to be treated like I did and talked to the way they talked to me…if you keep letting your employees treat people like this…what makes you think I would bring my service there anymore!!!
I have been a customer at the south state street location for the past year. I can always count on getting my coffee just like I like it. Kyra is so kind and positive every time I come. I want to thank her and everyone at this location for always being so good at what they do and kind to their customers!
