Hi! I stopped through the drive thru today at about 1pm for a pumpkin iced capp and two vanilla dip donuts (which all of it was phenomenal by the way) but I just had to stop by and say that the wonderful woman that took my order at the speaker and also cashed me out at the window was just amazing!! I felt so welcomed and not rushed, which most places are like that anymore. She mentioned to get the Tim Horton’s app as well. She was so so kind and very inviting with her words...
It was my first time at a Tim Hortons. The service was fast and friendly. The store and lobby was very clean. However, I didn't like the donut nor was I impressed with the coffee. I guess it's a matter of preference. In the future I prefer something else when it comes to a donut and coffee. With a line that wrapped around the building it was obvious to that not everyone would share the same opinion. I guess that I am kind of a coffee snob. I don't like Dunkin's...
