Disappointed First Visit to a “Midwest Staple”
I decided to try Tim Hortons while visiting a friend since I’ve heard it’s a Midwest staple. Unfortunately, my first experience left a lot to be desired.
It started with a simple question — I asked if they had regular half-and-half, and the answer was an immediate “No.” That made me have to explain further that I meant plain, unflavored, unsweetened half-and-half, not the little flavored cups like vanilla or hazelnut (which I can’t have). The confusion didn’t exactly inspire confidence.
I ordered a medium coffee with cream and expected something fresh and hot, especially since their slogan claims they brew fresh every 20 minutes. Instead, my coffee was lukewarm at best — more like it had been sitting around for hours. This was at 2 PM on a Wednesday, so it’s not like they were slammed with morning rush.
I also asked for a plastic bag but was given a paper one, which didn’t work for my needs, and I never received a receipt for my order.
Any one of these issues alone might have been minor, but stacked together, they made for a pretty disappointing first impression. I normally let small things slide, but this time there were enough missteps that I felt it was worth sharing.

Best quality Tim hortons in the area. Usually great service but today was a let down. The speakers are always really quiet and the persons working drive through were not projecting enough to be heard at all. Had some miscommunication on their end and just wanted my chips and was handed a receipt and felt like they were rushing me out and not trying to listen to me.

The coffee is good, and they have upped their game with technology. I can pay with my phone now!
Never a hesitation with special orders!

Staff in the morning on my way to work is very friendly. Food and coffee just hits different (especially at 7:00 AM). The one time I was in the restaurant it didn’t seem super clean, but aside from that good experience all around. Thank you Tim Hortons for being there when I needed you the most.

Super delayed service. Ordered at drive through pulled up to the window to pick up the order and they said we never got this order placed. Everyone that works here seems pissed and has a bad attitude. They managed to mix up my order two times in a row. Probably good idea to look for new staff here.

This location of Tim Horton’s is a cut above the others. The owner of the franchise is often taking customer orders at the drive through. I saw him yesterday taking out the garbage in the frigid conditions. He and his team are polite and efficient. I’m always amazed to see the line of cars are double that of the breakfast behemoth just next door—well done. You can believe I’ll be back!

Hours on website, door and sign in lawn all state open till 7 pm. At a few minutes after 6 pm doors lock but lights on and no one in site. Guess you don’t need the business
This used to be the best Tim Hortons location in town. However, recently all of the staff changed. Now the quality of the food has declined significantly and the staff is just rude.

Best service in town for TH
I order a BLT and 6 pk donuts.. The Bacon was raw and I’m not exaggerating… I had to finish cooking it when I got home.. 3 out of 6 donuts (honey dip and one chocalte dip tasted like a cleaning chemical) ..waste of $$$

This might be a corporate company, but it is operated like a neighborhood coffee shop. Dave, Gary, and Cathrine remember customers and greet them like family. They anticipate regular customers needs and treat new customers like valued guests. The donuts have always been soft and with a generous amount of toppings. The coffee has never been old and if they get a rush, they brew fresh and make sure to communicate to customers the time it might take.
Parking: Be cautious, people whip around in the drive-thur.
