Rude af, no one speaks when you get to the window, all you hear at the window is the new lady who is apparently management, complaining and bitching about customers and the store. We come here every day and we will be finding a new place to go to due to this.

Very bad service, stop by for a minute to buy a coffee and everything done poorly cannot be taken because of how sweet the very rude worker is.

New owners now run this Tim's. And it's much improved. The new owners are now using the window on the east side of the building, eliminating the terrible reach to the window on the west side. I particularly like this Tim's because of the walk-up window. I live in the area and do a fair amount of bike riding. This Tim's is on my route to the Alum Creek bike trail. So it's great to ride in, park the bike on the small "patio" area, walk up to the window, and order. I usually carry a small camp chair on the bike, so I sit, have breakfast, and chill before hitting the trail. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the coffee and food have been good and hot. It would be good to have a couple of small patio tables and chairs in the area of the walk-up window. But I'm plenty happy pulling out my camp chair to chill a bit.

Moved to Westerville from Oregon, came here looking for a decent coffee… this is not the place. I think there may be a language barrier but I will never return.
My favorite Tim Hortons to go to...actually these days it's the only one I go to since Tim Hortons isn't as great as it used to be.The service is always great, and the food as well.
