One of the people that worked there called me a bad name, and I just looked at them and say I do not want my food no more and she cussed me out in so many words that when I talk to the manager, that was there the manager didn’t care either the way she was talking to me so yes there are they are rude. Food is really not good.

I ordered through the drive-through and didn’t understand what the gentleman was saying due to him not speaking English, and when I said, I didn’t understand him he got upset. Then once I got to the window and asked him for cream and sugar in my iced coffee, he got upset again And told me I should’ve said something in the drive-through. once I got my coffee I ended up just dumping it out the window cause it was disgusting will not be returning to this Tim Hortons

I’ve really tried my best to give this place many of fair chances but sadly the service is always poor, food has been wrong multiple times and or cold but also several times they haven’t been able to make change for my cash.. I see some have experienced the same.

If you are not bilingual don’t waste your time because these people cannot speak English. I couldn't order my food from the drive through kiosk and when I got to the window they had absolutely zero clue as to what I said and put random stuff down on my order. Ended up with cold food that was disgusting and we couldn’t even order what we wanted because they didn’t understand what it meant. Don’t waste your time with this place.

Rude af, no one speaks when you get to the window, all you hear at the window is the new lady who is apparently management, complaining and bitching about customers and the store.
We come here every day and we will be finding a new place to go to due to this.

Very bad service, stop by for a minute to buy a coffee and everything done poorly cannot be taken because of how sweet the very rude worker is.

New owners now run this Tim's. And it's much improved. The new owners are now using the window on the east side of the building, eliminating the terrible reach to the window on the west side. I particularly like this Tim's because of the walk-up window. I live in the area and do a fair amount of bike riding. This Tim's is on my route to the Alum Creek bike trail. So it's great to ride in, park the bike on the small "patio" area, walk up to the window, and order. I usually carry a small camp chair on the bike, so I sit, have breakfast, and chill before hitting the trail. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the coffee and food have been good and hot. It would be good to have a couple of small patio tables and chairs in the area of the walk-up window. But I'm plenty happy pulling out my camp chair to chill a bit.
