Drive through has two areas.. one that doesn’t work and one that does? Maybe take it down or put a sign up so no time is wasted
I paid about $15 for a very watered down iced latte and a burnt breakfast sandwich. I didn’t have time to ask for another one. I wish I would have went to another location and my money back.

The communication issue at this Tim Hortons is unacceptable. Management needs to make sure staff can communicate clearly with customers in English
Dear Tim Hortons Management,
I would like to bring to your attention ongoing issues at your 6010 Westerville Rd, Westerville, OH 43081 store. Unfortunately, the service at this location has been very disappointing. The staff are often disrespectful, and I frequently receive the wrong coffee or food order.
I believe this is not in line with the Tim Hortons standard of customer service. I respectfully ask that management review this matter and take steps to improve staff training and service quality at this location.
I'm very disappointed with the service that the man provided me. He was disgusting and arrogant. He has a bad attitude. To attend a business, you have to be kind.
Please be VERY careful if you come here!
I use to Come here all the time and they lost my business
My freind and I came here a couple of days ago, we got coffee she paid and than we left
She noticed her credit card was never given back and she started to get texts saying someone used her credit card...welp it was one of the employees from Tim Hortons!
They tried to lie first and say they didn't have it and when they were told well police are coming they admitted to having it but not using it
Thiers an investigation going on and police are involved!
Do not go here, if you do make sure you get your card back!
What a horrible experience and very disappointed with Tim Hortons

Sat in the drive thru for over 5 minutes with no other customer's in sight midday and no one ever answered. White car in the parking lot but no server inside. Went down the road to the other Tim Hortons and was helped upon arrival. Choose location wisely.....

One of the people that worked there called me a bad name, and I just looked at them and say I do not want my food no more and she cussed me out in so many words that when I talk to the manager, that was there the manager didn’t care either the way she was talking to me so yes there are they are rude. Food is really not good.

I ordered through the drive-through and didn’t understand what the gentleman was saying due to him not speaking English, and when I said, I didn’t understand him he got upset. Then once I got to the window and asked him for cream and sugar in my iced coffee, he got upset again And told me I should’ve said something in the drive-through. once I got my coffee I ended up just dumping it out the window cause it was disgusting will not be returning to this Tim Hortons
Attendant couldn't speak proper English and was very rude.
My iced coffee was horrible.

I’ve really tried my best to give this place many of fair chances but sadly the service is always poor, food has been wrong multiple times and or cold but also several times they haven’t been able to make change for my cash.. I see some have experienced the same.
If you are not bilingual don’t waste your time because these people cannot speak English. I couldn't order my food from the drive through kiosk and when I got to the window they had absolutely zero clue as to what I said and put random stuff down on my order. Ended up with cold food that was disgusting and we couldn’t even order what we wanted because they didn’t understand what it meant. Don’t waste your time with this place.
Favorite location. Morning crew is great.
Rude af, no one speaks when you get to the window, all you hear at the window is the new lady who is apparently management, complaining and bitching about customers and the store.
We come here every day and we will be finding a new place to go to due to this.
