I ordered take out the service was ok, but the old man cook put chocolate chips on the waffles. I told the waitress it's was ok but it wasn't. Chocolate chips and waffles is terrible.

Had to place a to go order and was charged to 20% for it. I specifically said I can not have bread! With my omelet! And they put bread in my order. Why am I paying 20% extra when they can't even get correct for what I specifically asked for! No excuse! The cashier even remembered me from the other day when they got right. Unreal!

I usually give this location 5 stars. Tonight was different. As soon as I sat down, my waitress asked another server if I was “her turn.” I immediately felt like just a tip. I ordered a steak sandwich—she hustled to upsell, which I respect. But when I declined, I felt dismissed, as if my order wasn’t tip-worthy. She called it out, then jumped on her phone. I left—I actually wanted to ask for double meat and extras, but felt pushed away.

Fiance and I went to this location. Fiance ordered the all star I got the texas cheesesteak melt. It was good I ordered my food with no onions but fiance got his hash browns with onions. I hate onions but I am not mad at my fiance for getting onions in his food but some how onions made their way onto my hashbrowns and cheesesteak melt. I had no way of knowing until a fork full of hash browns was in my mouth and I bit down on a massive piece of onion my fiance saw my face and immediate concern as I spat the onion out. Turned my stomach off eating my melt so I opened up the sandwhich and in fact found another onion. I ended up forcing half of it down but couldn't finish the rest. I understand it's busy and food is flying everywhere which is why it's 4 stars and not less but please if somebody says no to certain foods put more effort into keeping it out of their food.

This location has the best cooks, best waitresses, best manager! So basically, that makes this the best waffle house in Columbus by far! AND....Cinda, my server today was very nice! She's the adhesive that holds this place together!! 😀 Everyone else is fantastic too!
