Adriana is the best at customer service. Very friendly, fast and very attentive to the client's needs. It's a shame that she is not from that town but from another because I really liked her treatment.The food was very delicious and they didn't take long to serve it.

The Waffle House on Westerville Road was disappointing. The restaurant was dirty, and the service was poor, at best. It felt like they prioritized online orders and walk-ins over patrons waiting for a table. Overall, a subpar experience.

Was recently here at this establishment and service was horrific and food wasn’t appealing and also from the view of things on my end the cook was intoxicated of some sort the early morning of 2-15-24 caucasian male with a bass pro fisherman hat on , they all were using profanity and calling eachother (staff members out of there names in a vulgar manner ) there district manger should follow up with there staff there no way you should have these kinda employees ! Smh completely
Service was terrible the cook was drunk talking with customers the whole time he cooked my food he forgot about it and the server had to remind him he was cooking then he bought me a plate of burnt food. I left without eating. Maybe a manager should check on the night crew Kus that service was

The service was amazing!!! The waitress was very attentive to my wife and I. It was an overall great time the food was amazing and we were sent home with plenty of food. Our waitress let us taste other foods too for next time we come in! We definitely recommend this location!!!

I've been enjoying Waffle House since I was a kid. Their pecan waffles are excellent from Ohio to Florida! Their scattered, smothered, covered hash browns are consistently delicious. (That's scattered hash browns smothered with onions and covered with cheese for the uninitiated.)When my kids were little, it was the only place I could take them and know they'd actually eat all of the food I purchased for them. They're consistently good to this day.They also seem to have an excellent team building program. The employees are always in sync, and I've heard managers give their employees compliments and pep talks during busy times. I'd give them five stars, but their ambiance is, well, it's a Waffle House.Vegetarian options: My kids are vegetarian, and I'm pescetarian, and we've never had trouble finding delicious breakfasts.

Have been coming to this specific waffle house since I was 9 years old. Have been here at 9am and 2am and every hour in between. ?The service and food never disappoints.This Waffle House and the one on 36/37 in Sunbury are our two favorite Waffle Houses in town.Currently the staff from 36/37 is working at the Westerville Road location, as the 36/37 location is under renovation.
