All salads that we had, the lettuce was very wilted, and even had some black color to some of the pieces. One of our group had the chicken strips, and they we overcooked and dry. The best thing we got was the children's mac and cheese. The manager basically called me a liar that the lettuce was old and wilted. We'll never go back!

The French Onion soup is out of this world! The wedge salad is at least one of the best if not the best! French dip salad is so delicious. The Pachos is so good that we had to pause and try to understand why, then we realized how the name came from—“nachos but with potato chips”. Our server Reno was a pro and treated us like regulars on our first visit, and it’s been great every time since.

Honestly, just subpar at best. Nothing I had was horrible, but nothing was really even good. I didn't pick the restaurant, and I didn't say for it, so for free food it was ok.

On the busiest nights, I have to say they are pros. Service is excellent, food is delicious, and rates are very reasonable too. You can tell a customers experience is a priority. Enjoy!.

Wendell’s has been around for a long time and they still provide a great menu. Lunch hours are nice and slow, so perfect for a business lunch. They used to be known for the nicest restaurant bathroom in the nation, I think they should contract me to freshen them up and make them awesome again!!

We made a reservation for dinner but weren’t told they were hosting a birthday party with a rapper dj. We were seated and had to listen to an obviously over amplified party. We asked politely if they could turn the volume down as I couldn’t hear my wife sitting in the booth with me. A young man came over to say they had nothing to do with the party as it was separately booked. Incredulous, I asked him if he represented the restaurant…it’s YOUR house! The kid apologized…and that was it. Ownership blew this one on a Saturday night. Think not?..we packed up by 7:30 before finishing our meal to see nearly two thirds of the bar empty. Kids running this joint…not good.

I had a surprise birthday party @for my husband on a Saturday night for about 30 people. Rich and his staff were very accommodating. He gave me lots of options. We decided on an appetizer buffet and drink coupons to get our guests started. They provided table cloths and a cake table. We had almost the whole dining room to ourselves. Wait staff was helpful and attentive. Appetizers were delicious. Other than gratuity included there were no extra fees or minimum drink or food bills. Good time was had and I was very impressed. Would highly recommend for a party or large group! Thanks again Wendell's!
