I’m usually there after 8pm the staff is rude and seems to not be concerned with my order at all.

Workers didn’t seem to give a shit at the window and didn’t even say anything just put his hand out for my payment. The time is 8:42 December 18th 2025. My order was wrong. Ordered 2 six piece nuggets and one 4 piece. I got 9 nuggets in total. Absolutely ridiculous get your shit together Wendy’s. And the drive through was slow as all hell. Step it up!

I never typically leave negative reviews but today was just to much . I sat in the drive through line for 15 minuites even though I was the second car in line. I didn’t make any complaints. I was very polite and when I got to the window, the worker was extremely rude. Couldn’t even say hello or greet me or anything just slam the window open and closed in my face between handing me items. As someone who works in customer service i completely understand how busy and unpredictable times can be in these environments. But treating patient and kind customers like they are a bother for just being there is unprofessional, i’ve had many bad expierences here. Definitely don’t recommend this wendy’s.

Just another place where AI is taking jobs. Drive thru is their new AI technology and the people working didn’t say a single word to me when they took my payment.
Closed early and cancelled our pick up order. Very unprofessional and I will never tell anyone to choose this Wendy's. I have had better experiences and this is the most unprofessional you can get. Closing before your stated online and cancelling an order that you received. Absolute tawdry. I hope this location loses more business.

Just stole $8 from me because they only gave me one salad when I ordered two. I drove all the way home with no receipt so I have no evidence of what they did.

I would give a lower score if I could. Just stopped there and the food was extremely bad. Had a Dave's double. Meat was close to raw. Fries was supposed to be a lager but was half full and stale. I seem to have a bad experience every time I go there. I will not be going back again.

Customer service deplorable starting with the AI taking orders. I ordered a Dave single no cheese, one chocolate chip cookie, and a Frosty swirl. I paid an extra dollar to get the coupon book. They didn’t tell you how much your food was going to be. They got my order wrong at the window where I paid. They got my order wrong at the window for pick up and when I asked for a manager, she was too busy they said. I waited. 23 minutes was running late for work and when I checked my bag, there’s no cookie there is no book that I paid the dollar for. This is the worst experience I’ve had at this particular Wendy’s in eight years! I will not be returning to this Wendy’s ever!! Should this be red hopefully the money that Wendy stole from me by not giving me the food that I paid for will be resolved honestly. Dave would be rolling over in his grave if he knew his store was being run like this!

I’d give negative stars if I could. Worst location, next to 161,… although most Wendy’s have gone downhill in quality (service and food both). I get its fast food, but constantly receiving food that is cold, burgers that are still pink in the middle, soggy fries, etc,. for what we pay, is inexcusable in my opinion. Also, don’t use shredded lettuce for your burgers, it’s gross and soggy.

I recently tried Wendy’s new chicken strips and was extremely disappointed. The strips were overcooked—hard, burnt, and completely lacking in flavor. It seemed like they had been sitting too long. I can’t imagine this is the standard of quality Wendy’s intends to deliver. Based on this experience, I will not be purchasing the chicken strips again.
