Went through drive thru for lunch. Very quick, efficient and personable. Actual people running the drive thru and not robots. Pleasant experience, food was fresh and hot. My order was correct. First time at this location and I would definitely come back.

Wasn't the best trip to Wendy's. First time trying this location. Woman who I'm assuming was the manager there came off really rude in the Drive-Thru. I made a special request at the Box they told me it was good and it wasn't when I got to the window. Lady cut her eyes at me when I brought it to their attention. Older Caucasian woman with a headscarf on. No one mentioned they didn't have lettuce wraps at this location. This is what I was served. Can't even pick it up. Not the Wendy's to go to when trying for a healthy alternative to a burger on a bun.

Today at this location, they were so rude at the speaker and lacked patience. Ordered a No 2., plain, got wrung in as a Dave’s double, dude immediately said pull around, not bothering to ask, “anything else?”. So after he to us “pull around” we finally asked him to repeat the order, because we couldn’t see the order on the screen. We had to correct him to the right order, No 2. plain. Then asked for us to us pull around, even though again… we weren’t finished ordering. But we just pulled up and let them know we wanted the frosty at the window. But they handed us a Baconator, not plain. So we had them remake it. So all in all it got sorted out, but it was a bit of a hassle and it didn’t come without some audible frustration. This isn’t the only issue we’ve had here, but I don’t typically write bad reviews.
- Don’t try to order spicy nuggets here. I try every time and hope for something that wasn’t siting in a holding tray for over 2 hours. But get disappointed with cardboard flavored nuggets every time, without fail here. Albeit, we come between 8-10, so slow business by that time. Regular is typically good here though.
- Check your orders before you drive off here, as annoying as it is as a QSR employee to watch the customer check the order right in front of you. I do this here because I find the orders are wrong often.
2-3rd shift just ain’t it here, try to avoid those times and come for breakfast or lunch, not a late dinner.

Ordered baconator hamburger which is falsely described as having 6 crispy slices of bacon. The only reason I gave it a 2 star was because part of the description was accurate. However, the reason most people order it ( my opinion) is because of the bacon. Lie, lie, lie...the sandwich actually comes with 3 skinny pieces of microwaveable bacon cut in half. Seriously Wendy's, who do you think you're fooling and shame on you for cheating your customers. Don't buy this sandwich unless you want to be disappointed and cheated!

We ordered 2 jr cheeseburger deluxe. It took roughly 20 minutes to fulfill this VERY small order. The cheeseburgers were lukewarm and made incorrectly. There was no lettuce, tomato or mayonnaise on it. No apology for wait or incompetence. Dining area was filthy with food/trash in the ground. Will never patronize again.
