Corporate owned location where they test new concepts.. The workers are terrible, don't seem to want to be there. Usually the order ends up being wrong. Saw a worker drop some chicken nuggets out of an order onto the floor and he did nothing about it until I insisted that he replace our order.

Went today for lunch. Most of the tables were dirty. The floor was littered with trash and dirty and the the trashcans were full with the main ones, overflowing. The Fry's were limp and the kids burger had more ketchup on the outside than on it? It was around 4pm and not their busy time?

I rarely get fast food and this place explains why. I ordered a medium frosty, pretty hard to mess up. I get handed what I know is a small frosty and when I ask is this really a medium the guy closes the window and walks away. To get the window closed in my face is absurd.

Stopped in for a quick bite to go. 2 kids meals, 4 cheesburgers, large fry and 2 drinks. Waiting 36 minutes. Every cheesburger was messed up, kids meals cold, fries cold and messed up my black coffee? Absolutely ridiculous. What is going on in their. Poor management not worth any stars

This was a Wendys you could count on. Now you can expect an very long wait inside. If the automated drive thru can comprehend your order you can still expect it to be wrong when you receive it 15 mins later. A great example of what management can or can not do for a business.
