The Manager here, the older gentleman is SO RUDE. He has an attitude speaking to customers and more importantly he is rushing his employees. Someone needs to tell him managing does not mean micro managing.
I barely pulled up to the window and was about to be handed my drinks by the worker before he pushed his way passed him and then asked me to pull forward. This also resulted in the wrong drink order and missing sauce which I fully place the blame on the manager. It is so important to create a good environment for your employees and good moral not being fast with service.

This is the worst location of Wendy’s in all of Ohio! Every time I go there they are rude and forget HALF OF THE ORDER I got food for my family the total was 50 dollars and half of it was missing DONT GO HERE they need to do something about this because this is everytime I go here

I’ve never had a problem with this location, but the last two times I tried to place a mobile order, they have closed early due to low staffing.

I get it, I work in fast food, but if you’re closed, why are you answering the speaker?

Luckily, I was able to get my money back through the app but be warned this location might be closed early. I would call to see if they honor their hours

My friend accidentally went to the wrong location for an online pick-up order and asked them if they would be able to make her food since she already paid. They said they would be able to. However, when they gave her the food, a worker took the food back and yelled at her in front of other customers. Very unprofessional and rude. There was no need for that behavior.

Buns were dry. Took three tries to get the Frosty Cold Brews right. Ketchup dispensers were empty. Not up to Wendy's standards.

Corporate owned location where they test new concepts.. The workers are terrible, don't seem to want to be there. Usually the order ends up being wrong. Saw a worker drop some chicken nuggets out of an order onto the floor and he did nothing about it until I insisted that he replace our order.

Complete bullshit. You even have to wait for mobile orders. As you wait for your order, multiple people come and go behind you.

And then they forgot the one of the fries and ALL of the straws.
