I recently order from them over the phone, the ordering was fine and we were quoted a 30 min delivery time. When an hour and 10mins go by with no delivery, I call the number to find out it's closed and then drive up to the westerville store and it's also closed!!

I went there to buy a gift card it took over an hour neither employee had even a clue how to do one. They had to call the mgr to walk them thru it was so slow it took over an hour never offered me even a free glass of water. The management needs to train the staff better. There was nobody in the restaurant at all I think the two guys were napping when I walked in. This was absolutely ridiculous to take an hour and never even offered me a pop or a piece of pizza for my inconvenience I should of got the gift card for free. I’ll never go there again the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

This is the most unprofessional location. I called and the night shift manager kept hanging up on me. Do not go to this location after 5pm. Even tho is it in Westerville. Dissapointed.

The hostess recommended garlic parm and I'll for sure try those next time. They had a daily special on wings from 3-5. We went with hot wings that were very hot and very good. We also tried honey bbq which became the group favorite!! The waitress made sure we had everything we needed.
