I placed a 75pc meal order earlier in the week to be picked up on 11/2/25 at 1:00pm for my husband’s birthday party. I arrived at about 12:45pm and told the cashier the name on the order. He said they were in the process of preparing it. Who I assume was the manager came out and apologized, saying we are getting to it now, it’ll be a few more minutes. I said it was no rush as I’d arrived a little early. They had everything done by 1:10pm. Both the young cashier and the manager were very nice and seemed thankful that I wasn’t in a rush or being rude to them. Food was nice and hot when I got home. The chicken was a little dry but overall tasty.

I came in last night around 12:20am. It was my first time going to wing stop and I ordered a 3 tender combo with the garlic parm. The fries were honestly amazing I snacked on them on the way home and was like wow if the chickens anything like the fries I’m going to like this… I got home to find 3 tenders that were completely dry and only had a very small amount of parmigiana sprinkled on top of dry generic chicken tenders. Will never go back. I’m a business owner and it was very apparent your staff was very annoyed with the fact you guys are open until 1am and didn’t care to be there and definitely didn’t care to do their jobs right. The cashier wasn’t bad it was just whoever did my chicken. Waste of money waste of time. Attached are pics of the tenders I got.

They are so understaffed it’s chaotic. They do not come up and ask what order you have- they allow dashers to cut in front of whatever jumbled blob of a mess their lobby is. Nobody in that kitchen wears gloves. And the food takes forever. Don’t eat here if you have limited lunch time ‼️

shoutout whoever cracked yall 🙏🏻 accidentally got 2 orders of fries but only paid for one 😋 the tenders were HUGE- 3 of them were nearly patty sized, and they were drenched in sauce 🤤 no photos bc i ate them so quick 🙂‍↕️

Ordered my food at 11:50 am, said it would be ready at 12:20. Got there to pick it up at 12:15 and received my order at 1:35. Yes, that's an hour and 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready.

This is my worst experience with a wingstop. I ordered a large ranch when I got home it had completely dumped all over everything because the lid wasn’t put on properly. Then when I was getting my food out to wipe off my fries were missing from my combo. You don’t get what paid for and I thought this was a good place to go before but I found this is to be my worst experience across all wingstops I’ve been to.

Placed and order of wings and chicken tenders. No tenders were in the bag. Called to tell them so they could fix the problem. Am currently on hold and it's been 15 min and counting

I ordered five wings of two different flavors, and they were put in the same box... Three on one side seven on the other. I had no idea how to tell the difference took them back in and the associate was very helpful, split them up and put the names on the boxes for me. I'm not sure how this company survives without putting flavors of what the wing orders are on the box. Too many other options in town that are easier once you get home.
