I ordered five wings of two different flavors, and they were put in the same box... Three on one side seven on the other. I had no idea how to tell the difference took them back in and the associate was very helpful, split them up and put the names on the boxes for me. I'm not sure how this company survives without putting flavors of what the wing orders are on the box. Too many other options in town that are easier once you get home.
I came to this location a year ago and it was HORRIBLE but this year around OMG!! Everything fresh GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FOOOD WAS DELICIOUS!! SHOUTOUT TO MY GIRL EMILY AT THIS LOCATION SHE IS THE BEST AND I WILL ONLY ORDER IF SHE IS HERE SHE DESERVES A RAISE AND A PROMOTION IMMEDIATELY!! SHE IS AWESOMEEE!! Order my food and when I went to the location to pick it up, there was no order on the system. I understand that was not the employee fault but they were so rude to me and did not want to give my food even though charged my card already, I had to ask for corporate numbers, after arguing with because they did not want to give me corporate number, they finally gave my food.
It takes forever for them for any kind of order. Just unbearable. The food is okay, definitely not worth waiting for.
Put in my order and got it pretty quick. Staff was super nice. Patricia who handed me my order, was very sweet and I enjoyed chatting with her for a bit. Overall, great atmosphere, food was great!
Won’t get your order right at all but will give you attitude! Forgot my fries and gave me sauce when i ordered dry rub
Wings were undercooked and soggy which is insane because I ordered dry rub wings. Overall a bad experience

The first time I tried this place I was disappointed but I thought, well maybe it was just me. Well, we tried it again tonight and I ordered a Chicken Sandwich plain with just pickles. They can't manage to put the pickles on the sandwich. The bun was hard as a rock people are just. Outright don't care how they send the food wouldn't eat at this place again and anytime I see someone walking in it. I'll let him know.

I ordered half lemon and half garlic! The garlic was full of oil! My kids couldn’t eat it, I usually order my wings there never had any problems but today was a bad experience

Did a mobile order for delivery, we usually never have an issue but I ordered a 5pc tender combo and only got 4 which was depressing.

Staff was friendly cheerful, I felt comfortable. Chicken was OMG delicious, juicy and very tender. I loved it! Great choice of rubs and sauces. I can't wait to get more!

Delivery order was late and missing parts of my order for which I was charged. The sticker on the bag indicating it was properly sealed for safety was torn and half the bag had clearly been opened prior to delivery. The corn leaked oil through the delivery bag all over my table. I called to ask for a refund for the items I did not receive and the employee told me he couldn’t help. He said he’d make a note for the general manager to process a refund. However he couldn’t tell me when that would happen. I also complained that 2 of the 10 wings in one of the containers were nothing more than a small piece of breading. He replied that WingStop changed chicken suppliers and the new wings were much smaller but they were hopeful they would change back to the old supplier. I replied that there’s a difference between a small wing and a piece of breading. Again, he replied there was nothing he could do. I will make sure I receive my refund for the food I paid for and didn’t receive. After that, my family will never be ordering from WingStop again.
