The workers at this Wingstop are unprofessional and customer service 100% horrible. The young African guy with the beard at the counter needs to be fired he's rude, threatening, and unprofessional. I will NEVER come back to this location! I would give a -0 if I could.

I ordered and paid extra for 5 drums. When I checked my order it was 3 wings and 2 drums so I went back in to get it corrected. Staff was very rude and the person who took my order acted like he didn't remember what I ordered. Food was okay but I probably won't return because of the service.

Ordered in person not on the phone. Staff was helpful and friendly, food was ready quickly in only 5ish minutes from placing our order. Staff get bonus points for adding an extra sauce and undercharging us $5 which I didn't notice until we got home. Wings themselves were good but they lose a whole star for how bad the fries were. Seriously were they just coated in cooking spray and then microwaved for 30 seconds? Would recommend on the whole but skip the fries

customer service is horrible. I came here just tryna grab something quick to eat I live 5 min away. I ordered my order around 8:00pm, on the website it says it would be 16-30 min so I’m like cool. 30 min pass I’m still waiting, a hour pass still waiting, another 30 min pass, i asked the cashier 4 different times after my order was due if it was ready, she kept saying “they still making it” for almost 2 hours tho?? They don’t make no sense. why not double check or go into the back after seeing me sit here this long and come in before several customers you’ve already served who clearly ordered after me. I asked for a refund and it wasn’t no “sorry for the wait” no type of hospitality whatsoever, if any thing they was acting like I was getting on they nerves for asking for a refund, I wasn’t being rude when I should have and they act like I said something crazy. Not the first time something like this has happened there I will never be back the one on Morse is better anyway.

The black bearded guy at the counter is rude. I’m the photo you see feathers hair all on the wings. This is what I saw when I opened my to go container which tells me they saw it too when they put it in there. And in my daughter’s box she only received 9 out the 10 pc I ordered for her and they too had feathers.Food was good and hot. I don’t blame them for the long wait time, it’s holiday season so no blame there it’s to be expected we have to be patient. Just give us a better experience of service and no feathers.

Anyone else ever get so irritated when you pay extra for a sauce and they don’t even give you the ones that come with the meal. Sat there for 8 mins just to be questioned about the name on my order. Love the food but don’t like the service.

I just picked up my order from the Westerville location and I paid with cash and the guy was excited I gave him cash because he tried to take it.. and he proceeded to walk away and I said I want my Change and he said oh I thought it was a tip. And then while standing there a woman was in the back on the phone cussing up a storm acting like a little hoodrat actually the whole staff are a bunch of unprofessional hoodrats. I ordered a 10 piece boneless and got teeny tiny bits of chicken and not a full order of fries I will definitely not return to this location. Waste of money!
