Doesn’t have what’s on the menu.

Once upon a time, this location was my favorite place to eat at. Now, I’ve been forced to watch it become a shell of itself, lying to customers with its displayed menu of what’s able to be ordered, but in reality only offering a variety of pretzel nuggets and miniature pretzel-dogs. Not just that, they’ve removed smaller portion sizes for these nuggets— and by extension the drinks —in what I can only assume is an attempt at maximizing profits at the cost of deceiving customers with a broader menu than what they actually have.

I miss the days when I could enjoy a hot and ready full-sized pretzel-dog here. I admit the food is still delicious, but how far this location has fallen in terms of service and honesty leaves me disappointed.

I quite literally saw the guy handle cash and change then turned around and handle food with the same gloves on. The last owners were cleanly and up to speed.

Ever since the new ownership took over the place has been great.

Often stop at Auntie Anne's when I'm shopping at Crocker Park. My favorite are the pretzel bites, they're buttery and salty and delicious... and really great to share too for a small snack to power the rest of your shopping! I always have had good service, while sometimes the line is long, once you order the wait is typically pretty short and always end with hot pretzels.

There’s nothing quite as delicious as a pretzel from Auntie Anne’s! My kids literally beg me to take them to Crocker just so they can get a pretzel. The guys that work there are always so sweet to my autistic son that he calls them his besties! I only like to go to busy locations like this one because you know you’re getting the freshest pretzels - it’s so worth the wait.

The old bald man with a black beard who was working on my birthday was incredibly rude and had a sour attitude with me for not being able to pull up my birthday coupon on my email. It was very disappointing and his tone put a sour note on my day. Very bad service.

Incredible service and product. Highly recommend the mini pretzels w/hotdogs in them. The chopped up pretzels in a cup are succulent. I enjoy the sweet glaze & caramel dip. The lemonade is always spot on. 5/5 will come back.

Some of the worst customer service I ever experienced anywhere. I let my teenage daughters order for themselves and the guy taking the order (older maybe late 40’s, going bald, seemed miserable) acting like it was an inconvenience the whole time and had a horrible attitude. They weren’t busy at all.

Ordered delivery via DoorDash. The store shorted us a pretzel but still charged for it, and when trying to call for a credit for same, was directed to VM with no response. I am still awaiting word and hoping to resolve this issue, but not holding my breath.

Hours are never accurate. They have opened late and closed early every time I’ve attempted to go in the past 2 months.
