Worst place I ever visit..they deserve a 0...came in for the first time I visit because I normal visit Avon location never had issue there but the ladies up front , I ask them to chop my food because of my sensitive teeth and they refuse to do saying we don't do that here, didn't ask the manager if she could or not meanwhile shout it loud that she had the same problem . Lady if you do you won't act the same and be rude about it. I am so disappointed of the services. Then she forgot to give me my yum yum sauce. Never again. The mall need to take thst.store out the way. No wonder they don't sales..4.nees a 0 instead..garbage. I ended throwing my food away..

Bibibop is the best value in Crocker Park, you can get a GREAT filling meal for around $10. The app has generous offers. There are also locations at Westgate (Rocky River/Fairview), Strongsville, and Avon. A true restaurant challenge is when you can make something healthy that tastes GREAT.

Ordered 3 bowls and only one came with noodles. The double protein bowl was more like half and half. I've been to other location and this location seems like the employees just lack training or support. They probably need to be taught on how to stack a bowl. If there is ever a next time, I'll have to order in person and make sure it is built properly, otherwise online they're not going to follow the directions. Very unfortunate and underwhelming location, especially for Crocker park. They seemed crowded, must've been the person that makes the online orders is like a lost puppy.

It's Chipotle but Korean style. I've eaten here twice now and both times have enjoyed my food. They have a few tables outside which I liked.
