I have been a regular here since this restaurant opened and after dozens of orders and dining almost every month, it's safe to say that it is one of the best restaurants in the Cleveland metropolitan area. The food selection is diverse and cooked to perfection, the staff is well trained and cultured and the service is prompt. Truly the best on the West side.

I recently ordered a take-out from Biryani Hut in Westlake and was thoroughly impressed. I got the family pack Goat Dum Biryani, which came with 2 garlic naans and a bonus side of Chicken 65. The Goat Dum Biryani was exceptional—flavorful, and packed with generous pieces of meat. It's more than enough for two people. We enjoyed the biryani.

For the finishing touch, I also ordered a Double Ka Meetha, my all-time favorite dessert, and absolutely loved it.

Their service is terrible. The guy in front has a very very bad attitude did not appreciate his attitude. All I wanted was to pick up some food for my customer. This is real unprofessional place.

The food is worst. The service is even more worst. I don’t even want to give one star. I used to come every Sunday . I don’t know if the management changed or anything but I had the worst experience. I’m not coming here again and I’m not letting my friends come . It is minimum responsibility to serve the customers with a smile and Atleast pour water in the glass . Not only the service was bad but also the arrogance was intolerable. The biryani was so salty. First we ordered the Apollo fish it was raw so we exchanged it with chili chicken. It was okay and paneer methi was tasteless no salt no spices

Never ordering food from here. Worst in taste. My dry appetizers were served as curries and the butter chicken had worst taste ever experienced.

I recently placed a large takeout catering order with Biryani Hut, and it was fantastic! The entire process, from ordering to pickup, was smooth and efficient. The staff, Pavan was incredibly accommodating and ensured everything was ready on schedule, packed securely for easy transportation.

The food was a big hit with everyone! I highly recommend Biryani Hut for any catering needs – they made our event stress-free, and the food was exceptional!

I ordered a huge catering from Here. Items were not on menu but I was assured by the Chef, Sudhakar that everything would be good. Food was just okay. Ordered chapathi they were dry broken and unedible. Disappointment I ordered samosas the following week, from the Chef and confirmed many times. When we went for pickup there was no order. Furious with service and for messing up my catering both times. Never go back again. Way too expensive. Lost a lot of money here. Never again. Don't get anything catered from here. Unreliable.
