Have frequented this location for years and was recently highly disappointed. I attempted to order carry out breakfast on 12/28 for my family & unable to do so because they had no eggs. I returned this morning 12/29 and placed an online order for carry out to be ready at 8 am. I ordered 3 meals all Including various combinations of meat potatoes and eggs. Nearly all of the food was not edible. All of the meat was overcooked, dry and burnt. The home fries were over cooked and burnt and the omelette was Covered in green onions ( which were never ordered ) & and when I say covered I don’t mean as a garnish it looked as if someone dumped a whole container of onions on top of the food. Highly disappointed and next time will spend the money to cook for ourselves. Respectfully whoever prepared and allowed that food to be given out needs their skills refreshed.

They were very short staffed tonight and very busy. Our server was excellent especially considering the circumstances so I wanted to make sure I tipped them well. The receipt they brought to the table said Kaydun was the name of our server but after I left I noticed the receipt the cashier gave said Janie was our server. That made me uneasy as I wanted to make sure the young person that actually served me was the one who got the tip as they were excellent.

Food was not good very tasteless and not properly cooked. I'm waiting staff however was outstanding. The atmosphere had a little to be desired, as I saw that there could be more cleanliness when it came to the floors especially around the tiled areas. I also saw an employee pick up straws wrapped in paper off the floor and sent them on the counter with the other straws. To me that's a health issue and concerns me about what other things may be going on. Especially if you're willing to do it right in front of customers.

We had a great server. It was like she could predict when we werer ready to order or when we needed refills.
Great job manager Jessica I ordered a purchase from GrubHub and had it delivered and did not realize that it did not come with biscuits. I called thinking I’m the one that was right, but I was not the one that was right because a few I went down a little bit more on the menu, i would’ve noticed that there was two orders, but she nicely pointed that out to me and I looked kept on scrolling down and I did fine my order on there that I actually wanted so great to her because she still replaced it and she was very understanding about my mistake and I would hundred percent tell you to order here. ….. it is amazing great job Jessica Thank you again we allll loved it at work

It was a fair experience. Usually I enjoy Bob Evans. Breakfast took forever & I was told reason was b/c of TO GO orders. My mom nor I liked their bacon. I got the double meat plate ($15). I had an issue w server charging ala carte for a child. Eggs, bacon, & sausage w juice was $14. I debated w the guy @ register. Then he did take 1 ala carte charge off my bill.

Doreen was so sincere and joyful upon our entrance. What a nice hostess, genuine! Waitress was friendly, helpful and our food fast and delicious. I was very happy with our experience today!
