Food was terrible. Wife had undercooked fried fish that was doughey. She ordered regular fries and for some reason received sweet potato fries. My calamari was at first overcooked and after I complained and it was remade it was then under-cooked. Server forgot to discount our appetizers and had to be reminded it was happy hour.The people running this business should be embarrassed charging what they do. Another Soulless over-priced restaurant looking to cut corners on quality to save money. Take for example their chicken and waffles that used to be served with a bourbon maple syrup with honey butter and a Nashville spicy fried chicken, this meal has been minimized to your basic sports bar plain chicken and waffles that comes cold. (They forget the butter every time)I doubt this joke of a restaurant even cooks the waffles to order. Won't be coming back here.

Waitress was not attentive and slow. Food was Lukewarm at best when it did arrive. Not impressed at all. update, the "manager" responded asked me to call them but did not leave any contact information. Why should I waste time looking up contact info for bad service? I was visiting the area and reside on the coast. The fact that they "forgot" to leave contact info in the reply simply tells me they really didn't want to hear form me....

I love this restaurant. I got the crispy chicken sandwich, and oh my goodness, it was the best sandwich I’ve ever eaten, next time me and my girlfriend decide to go to Crocker park for a nicer dinner I’m for sure coming back to burntwood
