We had reservations for a Thursday evening for two. When we arrived, the hostess appeared, confused as to where to put us. She finally decided to take us to a very small table for two which she called a banquet half table. When I arrived at the table the server serving the other table, had her rear end placed on the table I was supposed to sit at. This is how tight the tables are in this restaurant. when I informed the hostess, this table would not be satisfactory for me she then placed me in a corner at a high top by the emergency exit near a drafty window. Our server was very nice took very good care of us. Food was above average drinks above average. seating arrangements below average.

We love the family of restaurants that belong with Cabin Club so much so that we had our wedding reception at Delmonicos. We received a gift certificate to go on a date night with my brother and sister in law (each got a gift card). And we were all really excited to try Cabin Club given the experiences we have had at the other restaurants. While the service was good and the atmosphere was incredible when you are paying $80-$100 per person, the food should be top notch and it was not. The calamari was over coated, my husbands steak came out well (ordered medium) and my brother in laws steak came out rare (ordered medium). My sister in law and I both got the grouper. She had to get lemons to add flavor and I added salt. In addition, there was a hair in the tater tot appetizer. While the manager did address the steaks and gave us a discount, we are all extremely disappointed in the food. The best part of the meal was the dessert which was outsourced from a local company. I’d be cautious going to Cabin Club over other restaurants.

Was asked to move tables after we received our appetizer, due to a larger party needing it. After receiving our appetizer, it took our entrees 54 minutes to come out. I ordered a wagyu steak, and received nothing close to that. It was a regular cut, only seasoned with salt and pepper, no rub, no flavor. The only thing keeping any sort of flavor on the plate, was the fresh onion straws, which were good. I also ordered mac and cheese as the side, and the noodles were completely mash, due to being so overcooked. Was not edible. My fiancé ordered the shrimp and scallops, with a lobster bisque risotto, which was also so overcooked, it was not even remotely close to edible. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone thinking of paying this sort of price point.

It started with the Hottas and only got better. We were seated right away. The food was great steaks were done to perfection. Both of us were very pleased with night out. I will return again.

Old Fashioned was perfect, extra thick filet mignon was exquisite, our server, Mia, was a sweetheart.
The cabin club can always be counted on for a wonderful meal. Last night was no exception. Our food was wonderful, our steaks cooked perfectly, and we had a wonderful server. Lindsay did an outstanding job both with her efficiency and her accuracy, but most of all for her friendly, engaging manner. We enjoyed our chat with her. She was exceptional.
I have never had a bad experience at The Cabin Club! The food is always fantastic and delicious. The atmosphere is cozy and great for a romantic evening or quiet night with friends.

My family and have come here a few times a year for a very long time for special occasions. While the food and staff were as wonderful as always, it was very disappointing to make a reservation for an anniversary only to be seated at a high-top table by the bar. The seating was extremely uncomfortable. If I had wanted to sit at a high-top, I would have gotten a steak at Chili's. If it's a special occasion, I would encourage calling for a reservation instead of using OpenTable and to request specific seating so you don't end up uncomfortable and crammed in a corner.

Overall a good experience and would go back! My only feedback is that it got very noisy and felt as if we were having to shout across the table to hear each other. The tables are very smooshed together and there were several boisterous groups dining the same night as us (nothing the restaurant can do about that part). Our waitress said she would come back with bread and never did, which is why I selected “good” for the service (3) instead of a 4 or 5. By the time she actually came back to the table it was with our main courses and so we no longer wanted the bread at that point and didn't mention it. Food was delicious!
Lindsey was our waitress and she was amazing! We ordered the carpaccio as an appetizer and the horseradish was a tad overpowering for what thin slices of meat it was on but still tasty. Vibes in the restaurant were great. The wedge salad was also delicious. I spotted that immediately because the wedge salads I've had at other restaurants have been subpar. Steak au poivre could used a little more salt but still top notch. Will be back again for sure!
