My boyfriend and I love going to Chick-fil-A. They always do a really good job. They're very professional and we just love them. The manager is fabulous and we just have a great time every time. Definitely go to Chick-fil-A.

Specifically, Julia gives phenomenal customer service and is a great employee, along with everyone there! Highly recommend going here!

Notice how Chick Filet doesn’t respond to reviews? Positive or Negative, they do NOTHING to right their wrong. Wednesday Nov 26 my coworkers and I put roughly a $70 order together and submit it on line, the chick filet app. After waiting over half an hour in their pick up area, I attempted to walk inside, I was stopped and asked to wait in my car, an employee came out and said, “it will a couple minutes, it’s a big order”, ten minutes later the same young man came out and asked “did you get your order?” !! I asked for my money back, he didn’t try to recover from the situation or offer an apology, just said “ok, your card won’t be charged” and walked back into the restaurant. I call “customer service” they took my order number and said the store will contact me, they have not, I called “customer service” back asked when will someone contact me, they replied, “we have no control when the operators pick up thier tickets”, I guess meaning the store. Just a flat out FAIL on the Westlake Ohio location. One star is too much. Btw it was 12:15 to 1:15 from order to fail

Of course you find things you like...ice cream machine was down for my peppermint shake, are you the people across the street? I really wanted that, got a fountain drink instead, even though you pay more for the shake.
Food was decent. On par with the other big names. Chick just offers different items, which i find more interesting and less greasy than mcd...
The breakfast bowl was a winner! Really enjoyed that.
Try the jalapeno salsa, it's good, not great. But kicks it up a notch.
They also have Texas Pete hot sauce packets. If you haven't tried this stuff, it's the best out there for fast food.

Have been going there since they started in business. in this occasion we left the drive-thru needed to park to organize our stuff in a longer vehicle and stopped in the order takeout area that had plenty of spots with no one in it where a person came out and told us we had to move. The parking in these type of places is limited would absolutely not recommended for anybody that had a longer vehicle or even a trailer because you'll be out of luck to stop for any time.
I dont understand why your workers do not acknowledge DoorDash pickups. My order was sitting on the counter while I was standing there for 10 minutes. Not aknowledged or helped, until a second dasher walked in, and i was finally given my order... after it sitting there. For 10 minutes. Learn some eye contact or decent customer service. 👎🏻
