Chipotle on Detroit Rd in westlake gets 5 stars. I was able to taste the new AL Pastor chicken and although I wasn't a fan, I like how they keep coming out with new flavors.I ordered 3 hard tacos with regular chicken white rice, sour cream and cheese around 8pm. I waited a cpl extra minutes while they found some cheese BUT it was honestly the best tacos they've ever made for me. Great portion size

The rice was ICY cold --and cooled down the chicken in the bowl. It's so ODD to get really COLD rice in a bowl and someone said that it's unsafe to send out refrigerated rice. I tried to call restaurant but the recording didn't help at all. I was not in the store. Now I'm very curious as to their procedures. It's cold and like slimy. I'm done with it, yikes. If I microwave it the lettuce will wilt and I'd rather not have hot salsa, tomatoes, tomatillos

When I went here with my friend the food and line took forever. And the stake was dry. When I went they said they were short staff but 7 employees were on thier phone in the back. And the last thing I have to say is thier was food allover the floor and it was not clean atall. If you plane on coming here just go to the north olmsted one way better serves and food and no food on the floor and it has 5 stars. Never coming back!!Parking: Took forever to get parked.

They seem to always be out of something, fajita vegetables, some of entrees, they have a note on the explaining what they are out of which is frequent. If Chipolte wants to put there name on the building. Then pretend your a resturant or just close up shop if you cant have all the necessary ingredients. Particularily as they short their walk in customers versus online orders. I should stop going there all together. Get it together!

This Location gives the least amount of meat possible! Both times I went one guy gave a lady and her little girl more than he gave me! The next time I went the guy shook some meat out of the spoon to give less so that you will buy Extra Meat! Who owns this Chipotle? Is this a Franchise? I don’t think we should have to pay over $10 for a bowl of Vegetables! I am not saying it should be over flowing with meat, but it should be at least a spoonful with some being shaken out! My Friend in Gelugpa said her Chipotle is very Generous, she never had to buy extra meat! That is the way the one in Westlake should be, but they are trained to give the very least to get people to buy Extra! That is not right! If we all stopped going they would get it right then!!!!
I’ve been going to Chipotle for the past 10+ years and I’ve always gotten chicken 3-pointers. The price rarely changes (besides what was done with inflation). But, this time the team working decided to charge me an extra 8 bucks and barely give me anything. Then continued to fight me as to why it should $26 instead of $18. When I asked why I was never charged that amount in the past I was blatently ignored. Absolutely ridiculous, I’ve paid the same thing every time I’ve gone to a chipotle but apparently this location decides what to charge on a whim. I will never come to this location again. Very unprofessional.

This Chipotle experience was so much better than my last one. Cheaper meal than before but much better portion and flavor. Same menu but chose wisely this time??So the situation I was in sucked to say the least. I was hanging out with family at AMES hospice in Westlake as my mom was peacefully dying. We had finally made it here after a nightmare experience at St John hospital where we had lived on curtesy snack and coffee once Mom was admitted overnight following a 13 hour wait in the ER on a gurney in a hallway. But that's for another review . . . So needless to say I was hungry and hangry. I had my choice of Chipotle or something tandor restaurant. The other menu looked awesome but was a bit too pricey for me. I knew Chipotle was more reasonable and I knew not to order a Lifestyle bowl as that had been quite disappointing last time at Chipotle. I decided to give a salad a try this time around. When it was explained what sapharita was - I went with it - knowing it only as TOFU. You build your own and I went healthy - tofu, salsa, sauteed veggies, cheese and that's about it. It comes with dressing on the side which I didn't want. My order came to about $8.40. Quite a deal - if it's a decent meal.Good news - I was very pleasantly surprised with the overall size of the meal, the amount of tofu, the flavor, and the fact it was warm (almost hot) when it got to me at the hospice. I took my time eating it and savored every bite. The greens were nice and not iceberg lettuce, a nice portion of veggies, very well cooked sopharita and a light sprinkling of cheese.I definitely recommend this as an option and will likely get it again next time I find myself needing to eat Chipotle. I also appreciate that it delivered a nice comfort meal when I really needed one!
