Rice was stale chicken was dry anyway. The girl working the front was rude and had an attitude. They bearly put food in our bowl. The vinaigrette was like half a once filled only. Everyone had an attitude except one guy I wish I know his name. Anyway never coming to this location again.

Chipotle has really gone down hill over the years both in terms of management of people and food quality. Its what happens when large companies get people addicted to a brand and then slowly chip away at the quality of the product to make more money. Ask any discerning person about what chipotle used to be like and what its turned into.

I’ve tried this Chipotle 2x and both were terrible. The first one we ordered a bowl it was so overloaded with sour cream that it was like a cold soup. The second time we ordered a large chip with queso and guac. They were out of chips did not tell me. I went back through the drive thru to get the chips and she informed they were out and could not reimburse I had to call corporate. Shut the window and walked away. I paid $10 for chips queso and guac and received none of it. How are you out of chips on Saturday at 2pm and how can you not credit a credit card? Don’t go to this Chipotle it’s terrible and a rip off. Plus no phone number to call for corporate. Insane

The worst waited 1 hour for my online order that was supposed to be ready at 6pm got the order at 6:50!! Horrible good lick trying to tell anyone all you get is Pepper!! You’ll see what that is when u have the experience I did….. AI
Close this location down so I can get a decent burrito on DoorDash. Always mess up the order, skimpy, walked in once and it was dirty.

This was a nice chipotle, they were fast, and clean... but that is where it ended. The brisket bowl I ordered was so dried out and over cooked it was crunchy. It was gross. The pieces of brisket were... well... not the "tender pieces of brisket" that the advertisements say it is. The funny thing is that there was a manger taking the temps of the food on the line, I assume ensuring freshness (and safety) ... FAIL!!! How do you look at that and serve it. I should have said something when it was served to me, but I didn't think it would be inedible.
Clearly the only thing worse than a Chipotle with a line out the door is one with no one in line.

Unbelievable experience pickup an order. Doors to the store were locked as dining room was closed when I came to pickup a mobile order. This resulted in a 30min+ wait in a car line just to pickup my oder that was waiting on a shelf. I don't understand why they wouldn't just let people come in to grab thier order. Sitting in a car for over 30min with three kids while my food gets cold. I will never come to this location again. I could have gone to one down the road and back home in this amount of time.
