This was the first time I had been here in probably 15 years. I took my kids. They sat us at a high top in the bar and the service was horrible. The appetizer we shared was good, the dessert was gross and the other appetizer never showed up. The games were a complete rip off. Way too expensive and some of them didn’t even work. I spent almost $100 for a terrible experience. Won’t be going here again.

Server got sat with huge tables all at once (ours included) she did a great job. I was shocked at how well the food was. It was all very good 🤌🏿 my only suggestion as an old head of arcades. Where is X-Men? Need For Speed? Hell, where are any of the games my generation grew up with in the 80s and 90s. We got kids now dude, I wanna play a fun game lol

Aroma scent too strong in front entryway, otherwise would be 5 stars!

Honestly, I'm shocked this location has any good reviews.
My boyfriend and I joined our friends at the bar on Wednesday night. There were 6 other guests across the bar. It took 15-20 minutes for this bartender to even look our direction. When he did finally come to us, he was quick. We get food menus and our other friend shows up. He has no problem getting service relatively soon. We take a bit to order, we're not in a huge rush. Our friends said their sampler came out quickly.
Why did it take 40 minutes for a cold dish, a basket of fries, and a mozzarella stick? As someone who has worked in restaurants for almost a decade, this is unacceptable. The fries were ice cold and the salsa on my salmon bowl tastes freezer burnt. (Despite all of this we still tipped 20% and spent $115 all together)
I wish this was the end. We then move back to the arcade. Me and the one girl go up to the bar. We're seated, waiting for service while our boyfriends and their friend run amok. They got through multiple rounds of 4 games before asking what was taking so long. No one approached us. Looked like a manager and a bartender just talking.
She finally has to flag someone over to be greeted at all. They also refused to put her grey goose and cran in a short glass with less mixer. If we want less mixer we have to pay the $3 upcharge for a shooter in the tall.
This was my first experience here. More than likely will be finding a better alternative.
Update: Made me jump through hoops talking to someone in corporate. Then proceeded to confuse me with another complaint by apologizing for ruining my step daughters birthday party. Also tried to say that because they spoke with the manager and employee it's resolved now. When I called them out for it, they tried to give me a gift card instead of a refund. Don't get your hopes up if trying to resolve an issue. Corporate customer service is just as bad.

I've been coming to this location with family since I was little . Had a date here once . And now as an adult, I come here every so often to solely play guitar hero 3: Legends of Rock . 4 stars, because I usually have to have credits refunded or added to the game, because of malfunctioning equipment on the game. But when I go to get assistance, it never takes long and is resolved in a timely manner . The 21+ drinks here are nice, and so is the food 🙂↕️ . I still plan to frequent this location for years to come, if I'm able too .

Not gonna lie, I'm a childless adult who really enjoys D & B! The food is actually pretty good, I really like their cocktails, it's fun to play the games once in awhile, and it's a good place to watch sports. My only complaint is the service in the restaurant/big screen TV area is fairly abysmal. We like to watch the fights here but there is ALWAYS drama at the host stand over where to seat us (2 people). At least 2, sometimes 3 staff members including a manager will scrutinize the map and go back and forth about whose section to put us in. One time the dining room was literally empty, somehow a 5 minute discussion over where to seat us was still necessary, and they finally seat us at the table directly next to the screen, as in we would have had to crane our necks to watch the fight. If it was a packed night that would be understandable but there were no other patrons at all so we asked to sit somewhere where we could comfortably watch the show we had made a reservation to see. The lady at the host stand got really huffy with us like it was an unreasonable request. Also, if you go on a busy night, expect to sit at your table for 20 minutes before a server even acknowledges your presence. I recommend eating at the bar, the service is quick and the bartenders are actually really great.

Restaurantji Recommends
It was my daughter's birthday on Nov 2nd and I wanted to surprise her as she's never been to Dave and Busters. I was able to find discounted play on Groupon and was able to bring in a cake and her presents. Even me and my boyfriend bought our own play card. It was so much fun and my daughter LOVED it. I live almost 40 minutes away but would gladly drive out there again ?

Food was pretty good. Back in the game area was a little disappointing. Several games were broken and just robbed us of credits. Rude and unsupervised kids running wild. We were ran into numerous times. Only one gentleman working the back prize area and it was packed. Smell of marijuana throughout the game area. Was disappointing with 2 small kids. Won't be back.
