They took a long time to give me my table, they took forever to take my order, and in the end I waited 1:30 for my food. The drinks were terrible!!
We came on Monday. The management is awesome here. They saved my card that got deleted and were able to call their IT tech guys to see if my tickets and coins was still there. They sure did find it and gave me a new card to make sure it works properly. Appreciate the help and great service at the restaurant too!

Good was okay it was a little salty. Fries are very salty fish and shrimp with fries was very fishy. Not a good taste, but our server was nice and attentive.
I would like to tell you about having a wonderful experience celebrating my son's birthday , except , the event never happened. Upon arrival we were met by sign and staff who stated that the venue was closed for a private event booked 2 days earlier. We booked 11/23. There was no call, no email , zero communication canceling our reservation. We were offered a chance Scratch off ticket , laughable. Still waiting for the GM of this location to reach out and rectify this terrible management & communication that resulted in my sons birthday being ruined.
Arrived 10 minutes early. Hostess couldn't log into her device to find our reservation. Got seated right away. Server was wonderful, but unfortunately, not very attentive because it was her and one other person taking care of many tables. Drinks were empty, often for a while. We were there celebrating an 11 year-old‘s birthday. Four of us got served our food while our birthday boy waited 15 minutes to receive his chicken tenders while other tables after us were served orders with chicken tenders. The runner was notified that he was missing his food and he said he would take care of it, but he did not. We had to walk towards the kitchen to let someone know because no one came back to our table after 10 minutes and by the time we were able to eat our food when he received his, it was cold. Our server was so busy and they were obviously understaffed. I had to get up and request our own boxes after waiting over five minutes. We have been here quite a few times in the past with no issue. This experience makes me question if it's worth coming back again. It was also very disappointing that in my reservation I left notes that this was a birthday celebration and because the hostess couldn't log into her device, no one recognized that we were celebrating a special occasion. And to top it off, our hostess was also our server! Now I am receiving emails from OpenTable saying that we were a no-show to our reservation and I have to take my time to explain and show proof that we showed up. Not worth the hassle! Do better.
We returned for my daughter's birthday after having a great time for her birthday last year. Took forever for our server to come over but when she did she was very nice. Everything was great until after food arrived(brought out by someone else-not our server). Food came out great, but never saw our server again. So no drink refills, no checking on us, and no taking plates away. I had to stack all or plates on another table so we could eat the dessert I brought in and open gifts. Waited forever for boxes and we finally had to ask the hostess. Then we finally get the check and I see automatic added gratuity? I have no issue with auto gratuity-if I'm taken take care. I felt like we were neglected because she knew she was getting her tip. I normally would've left extra but didn't feel she deserved the tip she was already getting. Also we were not told there was gratuity added, we happened to notice. While I'm sure we'll be back for games, will probably have dinner elsewhere next time.
The did prices are good but I think the game prices are a little expensive
They don't have the front counter anymore. No more friendly smiles when entering. Just large cellphone like kiosks. Food menu prices went up a lot. Games went up a little. Chip prices went up. No more getting meals with your winnings. We sat to eat but no service. We left. It changed. Sad. We've been to many of these from California to NY.
We have been coming to D&B for years to celebrate family birthdays. This is the first time we have been disappointed. When we came in there was no one at the desk to buy tickets from or load our cards. We looked all around and couldn't find anyone to help us in the venue, we finally had to get a teenager to help us and we did it on our phones. This is NOT how we like to load our cards....then we couldn't get anyone to wait on us for drinks at the bar or food. THEN we had 9 in our party and needed two tables and they refused to let us use two tables, so two adults had to stand up and eat the entire dinner. That was ridiculous. Plus, we're used to getting cider and there wasn't any and it seems the menu might have changed? The food was good once we got it, but the waitress when we were first seated was not nice at all and was rather rude to the head of our party. The whole experience left a lot to be desired on our latest visit there.

huge gave busters very roomy rather then the ones in nyc
Horrible experience. Me and my guest are visiting Ohio from out of town. I suggested Dave n busters for the food and games. While visiting location I received a horrible experience. The manager on duty was taking trash from tables and not tending to customers. My server /waiter COLLINS was horrible. He did not want to be there and he had a lack of customer service ,lack of respect, and lack of care for his job. I asked him we are from outta town what are specials for Monday nights or games? He said I don't know and I have another table to wait on and rushed me to order food. I said how are you waiter and you don't know the menu? It was so unprofessional I should've got up and walked out. Horrible service. I was overcharged for 3 entrees. I only asked for a salmon bowl and a chicken basket. Yet was overcharged. Apparently I found out when it was time to leave that they had Only Monday special is unlimited wings for 22.99 I would've order that or the Eat and gameplay. You buy an entree and get gameplay for 19.99. So my bill was $65.00 for dissatisfaction when I ask Collins for manager he said for what? And ignored me and walked away. I will not come back to this location.
A pretty lackluster game selection and the price to play each game is way too high. We only came because we had a discount deal, and even taking that into consideration, we left disappointed. The exchange rate of tickets to prizes is insane, the highest of any arcade I have ever been to. We didn't try any of the food but we're not in a rush to come back, there are much better arcade experiences to be had around Cleveland.

I'm mad they took the zombie (shoot-em) arcade games away, but the cheese sticks are fantastic!
