This has got to be the worst Dunkin in NE Ohio and that’s saying something. There are so many surrounding it just make the trip to a different location.

I would not recommend this location because yes, it is true. You will go to the drive-through and with not that many cars , maybe 4, you will end up waiting for 45 minutes++

I’ve only been here a few times while in the area. The times I was here were positive for the most part. Today though was a bit irritating. I was in the drive thru trying to order my coffee and before I could even finish saying what I wanted in it, I was cut off and had to repeat what I said before that. Then after getting it I get down the street, take a sip and realize it is not what I ordered. I go back and have them fix it, which they do with no problem. It was just irritating because if the person taking the order just listened and didn’t cut me off before I could finish saying what I wanted in it the order probably would have been right.
I’m not sure if the person was newer. I’m not trying to knit pick or get anyone in trouble, I just feel like the people taking your order should not be over talking you and cutting you off while your in the middle of saying something.

Be prepared to sit in line for a solid 40+ minutes… even if you’re one of 3 cars in line. I’ve never given a negative review in my life but feel you need to know you’re gonna need a ton of patience if you’re waiting in the line and prepare to spend a solid chunk of your day waiting. If you’ve got time to burn, then it’s great. But if you need a quick coffee, this location isn’t your place and you should probs drive to another location… shoot driving to another location would be quicker than waiting in this line.

I placed an online pick up at 10:57am for 11:15am Only to wait until 11:35 To finally receive my order. Wrong.
If you’re Mother in Law you dislike is in town this is the perfect place to eat 😍.
Save your hard earned money and go to Starbucks.
This place is severely lacking any authority and strong leader.
Save yourself the stress , time, money and don’t come here

this place is amazing. You guys need to grow up in the Reviews you never know it’s the first day working And plus it’s really really busy in the morning. They are hard workers and really sweet workers. I come here sometimes Because my work is down here you guys expect this to be a fancy restaurant anyways I absolutely love this place so much amazing people.
