Here’s an almost verbatim retelling of my last experience at this location’s drive thru:
“I‘ll take a Boston Cream donut please.” “We’re out.” “Ok, I’ll take a chocolate frosted donut then please.” “We’re out.” “Ok, how about anything jelly filled?” “We’re out of those too.” “Ok, what donuts do you have?” “Nothing.” “Couldn’t you have told me that from the jump?” “My bad dude.”
Gave this place a chance 3 times hoping the previous time was just a bad day. But each time was some variation of this experience. This is a donut shop that never seems to have donuts. Snarky and rude staff adds to the frustration. Poorly designed parking lot/drive thru too. Do avoid this location.

A few months ago. I drove through the drive through. I asked for a large black coffee. They said “ok. Pull up to window “. I was the only one in line. I pulled forward. The girl looked at me. Never said a word. Never asked for the money. I sat there for 3-4 minutes. Waiting. How long does take to pour one coffee. After several minutes I just drove off. No communication. One star is too many. Get your act together. Zero sense of urgency.

Imagine training for a triathlon. Think of the time involved for training, practicing, losing weight, building muscle, stamina, endurance, the months if not years involved. Then double that time, that's about half as long as the typical wait at this location. I've been to probably hundred of Dunkin Donuts, including ones where you prepare the items yourself at kiasks, and this is still the SLOWEST one on the planet.

Probably the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve gone to every single morning there’s always something whether they make you wait and then say can’t take card or cash or the food is always cold and if you let them know that they treat you with the most attitude like it’s your fault that they don’t know how to do their job and their manager completely sucks and is worried about who’s texting her on Instagram more than anything even though no one‘s hitting her up she’s gonna stay single for probably a very long time, but you can’t make that everyone’s problem. We’re all here just to get coffee not Wait until someone hits up your DMs

I love going to this Dunkin' Donuts food is always done right coffee is always hot great service the two lady managers are awesome they do their job and do their job well and I've seen have seen just them two there by their self and literally 25 cars in line and they knock it down great service ladies

Don’t go here unless you have all day to wait. I had no one in front of me in the drive thru and I waited 15, yes FIFTEEN minutes before I gave up after no one ever came to take my order. Not once did I get a “hello” or “I’ll be right with you”. Crickets. 0 stars

Worst Dunkin ever they are always under staff I have watch several customers pull out of line and walk out the store and they treat there employees like trash
Sat in the drive through for over 30 minutes (only reason I stayed was because I was stuck between cars). Got to the area to place order, no greeting for over 10 minutes. I said hello multiple times, bo one answered. I rarely leave reviews, but this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

This is the worst Dunkin location I have ever been to. The customer service barely exists. The wait times are ridiculous. You have to wait forever at the drive through to even just order. I sat at the speaker for 5 minutes today before anyone asked for my order. If you go inside no one even acknowledges you and you have to put your own order in on a kiosk. The kiosk doesn’t have all the options the normal menu has. The service is slow and I have been handed the wrong items on multiple occasions and have to keep repeating what I had ordered. The donut selection is also very scarce here. Just overall not a good location, which is sad because it’s brand new and so close to where I work.
