Probably the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve gone to every single morning there’s always something whether they make you wait and then say can’t take card or cash or the food is always cold and if you let them know that they treat you with the most attitude like it’s your fault that they don’t know how to do their job and their manager completely sucks and is worried about who’s texting her on Instagram more than anything even though no one‘s hitting her up she’s gonna stay single for probably a very long time, but you can’t make that everyone’s problem. We’re all here just to get coffee not Wait until someone hits up your DMs

I love going to this Dunkin' Donuts food is always done right coffee is always hot great service the two lady managers are awesome they do their job and do their job well and I've seen have seen just them two there by their self and literally 25 cars in line and they knock it down great service ladies

Don’t go here unless you have all day to wait. I had no one in front of me in the drive thru and I waited 15, yes FIFTEEN minutes before I gave up after no one ever came to take my order. Not once did I get a “hello” or “I’ll be right with you”. Crickets. 0 stars

Sat in the drive through for over 30 minutes (only reason I stayed was because I was stuck between cars). Got to the area to place order, no greeting for over 10 minutes. I said hello multiple times, bo one answered. I rarely leave reviews, but this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

This is the worst Dunkin location I have ever been to. The customer service barely exists. The wait times are ridiculous. You have to wait forever at the drive through to even just order. I sat at the speaker for 5 minutes today before anyone asked for my order. If you go inside no one even acknowledges you and you have to put your own order in on a kiosk. The kiosk doesn’t have all the options the normal menu has. The service is slow and I have been handed the wrong items on multiple occasions and have to keep repeating what I had ordered. The donut selection is also very scarce here. Just overall not a good location, which is sad because it’s brand new and so close to where I work.

So slooooow, 2 cars ahead 15 minutes later I got my cold sandwich, there were 12 behind me, bet they were 1/2 hour or more

This place is clearly incredibly short-staffed. The staff that are here are unmotivated and don’t seemingly care if they get fired or not. Whoever manages this place really needs to handle the staffing problem. This place would be better shut down, it’s so ineffective.

My first bad review, but hoping I can save some people the unnecessary headache, and waste of time. One time they were only accepting cash. More often than not, they do not have food in stock. More often than not, I’ve received the wrong order. More often than not, I’ve had to wait 20 to 30 minutes In the drive-through when there are only one to four cars. I have been there over 10 times since opening and only one time received the correct order any In less than 15 minutes. At this point, I’m hoping they just shut this location down and stop teasing me that there is actually a Dunkin’ Donuts there
