First time here and i gotta say i liked it. Decent price and good quality food. I got the bacon egg croissant sandwich and kale juice. I could barely finish sandwich it had so much stuff on it. Having drink options besides soda and alcohol reminded me of being in bali. I dont eat out much because most places just have the same mediocre food and charge too much for poor quality and bad service. Looking forward to coming back and trying something else.

It was our first visit here. My expectations for our breakfast was quickly diminished when the food was served. One of our orders was Eggs Benedict..it had a piece of bread as the base, lunch meat style ham instead of Canadian bacon, the poached eggs were over done and the Hollandaise sauce had to much lemon juice. I informed our server about the eggs being overcooked and instead of bringing a new plate she brought 2 plain poached eggs in a bowl. The second order was a ham and gruy'ere omelet. The same lunch meat ham was used and a packaged size piece of cheese was layed on top of the omelet. There was a small bit of greens for a salad that were barely dressed and toast that was barely toasted. This was a very disappointing meal. I can't recommend this restaurant. They are opened for breakfast and lunch only. The food that is being served is very cheap and very noticed. We were not even offered to have the Eggs Benedict removed from our bill. We won't be returning.

I was craving their eggs, Benedict Florentine however when I got it, they had changed the bread to a horrible, horrible horrible bread now itās like a hoagie roll under it. Itās just absolutely horrible. I will never order again and they should have that announced on the menu that they went to a cheaper bread altogether. I will never eat order it again unless I go back to the old bread. very dissatisfied I did however pay for the whole meal, but I did not eat it. I just couldnāt eat it. I did try but I just couldnāt. as a matter of fact, with the way, they treat their customers with changing the menu the product on the menu and not making the customers aware of it. I probably will not even come back here again. Advise anybody that was getting it to ask what bread they have it just ruined it for me

I lost over $100 because of First Watch losing an entire bag of food for a family. They refused to help when we called. The bag magically āwent missingā and thereās ānothing they can do.ā No offer the remake the order, offer a gift card or even care to try. I had to eat the cost. The food is good (also pricey) and unless youāre physically there, I would not recommend an order of food for pick up or delivery based on my experience.

Gloria was a great server, incredibly friendly and attentive. I ordered eggs Benedict and the cook, Daron, felt bad about an egg breaking before our food arrived, so they gave us a buy one get one free coupon for when we visit next. Well definitely be back to see them at Crocker Park.

Let me start by saying I love the food at first watch. I have been to many of them in the Columbus area. I was disappointed at the Westlake location. It started out fine. We sat through 2 couples that arrived after us drinking and eating something while we waited. I don't know how you don't see someone in a florescent orange shirt, or was that the reason for having to wait? Very disappointed and surprised at the lack of service.
