This 5 Guys has really really really good food but is usually a bit slow. I think it might be worth the wait really. The prices are excellent for the quality of food but then again I love a good burger! Their shakes are actually really good too. It's not the easiest place to park but it's not super difficult but if that plaza it's in is busy you might be awhile finding a spot to park your automobile. I really wish they had booths here, I'm really not a fan of the chair seating that are at almost every 5 Guys I've ever been to. I'm really glad they are continuing to have free peanuts and you can still grab your own, I was worried that they would get rid of that with all the covid stuff but they didn't. They have the best fresh cut fries and always add a little extra to every order and also have Heinz ketchup and malt vinegar, which I love that malt vinegar on their perfectly salted fries. The fact that you can get just about any topping in your burger is another plus that makes me really happy, you really can have it your way at 5 guys... Kudos to the crew here and keep up the great work. This is definitely one of the better restaurants in that plaza and especially for the budget friendly customers.

Plenty of seating and the staff does a good job of keeping tables cleaned and the dining area clean.

Today we had lunch at Five Guys Westlake Ohio and I made a mistake on my order and rather than the manager of the store being kind, he was extremely rude, which would ruin your whole vibe. After I spent $35 on two single hamburgers in a medium fry with two drinks. He was quick to brush me off as if I was leaving the store when I was eating inside the restaurant and just extremely rude and real dismissive after I said wow I just tipped you five dollars and you’re so rude. I must be a complete idiot to go inside five guys in Westlake and order two single hamburgers and a shared medium french fry and two drinks and pay $30 plus a four dollar tip $35.00 meanwhile, he threw two patties on the grill that were frozen and don’t you commit to saying that your hamburgers are not frozen well I find that hard to believe. Because mine were put on the grill frozen and their paper thin so it didn’t take much time for them to cook and the guy was just a rude asshole. The hamburgers are delicious, but the service from the manager was HORRIBLE I’m not asking you to fire this guy, but you need to give him a good swift kick in the ass. It’s 2025. I can eat anywhere for $35. It makes me sick to think that five guys is charging so much money and the service sucks. Shame on you five guys get it together and hire friendly people. Their manager was rude, and the other employees looked as if they were kind of embarrassed, but they didn’t say anything.

Came to Five Guys at Crocker Park and had a solid experience overall. The burger was flavorful and cooked well, and the fries were exactly what I came for—hot, crispy, and overflowing in the bag. Everything tasted fresh and made to order, which I always appreciate.
Only downside: one of the staff members kept staring at me throughout my visit. It wasn’t aggressive, just… weird. It made me feel a bit uncomfortable, like I couldn’t fully relax while I was eating. That said, the rest of the staff were professional and moved quickly to handle orders, even during the dinner rush.
Still giving five stars because the food and service (outside of that one awkward moment) were great. Hopefully just a one-off situation.
