I live out of town and always used to love when I had a chance to pop in and shop at FT- although things are usually a bit more expensive, I appreciate the availability of items I can’t find elsewhere. The last couple times however, I admit I’ve been a bit disappointed. Most recently, I bought this bread (two days ago)- and found it covered in mold this morning, despite it being dated today. I know bread can be tricky, but the time before I also ended up with a spoiled item- the yogurt I bought was rancid when I opened it, despite being a week before its date- it was almost like it got warm somehow.
I don’t like to complain, but expired/spoiled items seem to be a fairly, common issue, based on other reviews, that really make me second guess quality; and frankly aren’t worth the prices

The old meat counter guy is very unpleasant every time I need something at the counter.

There’s also this one woman who has brown shoulder length hair who usually stocks. Also unpleasant when I need help looking for something.

Everyone else is great. The ladies at the nutrition and body care section and the cashiers are wonderful.

I went in today specifically for pomegranates, and to my delight, they had them in stock. Most stores nearby don’t carry them, so this was a pleasant surprise. The store is clean, well-organized, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I also love the variety of fresh produce and natural products they offer.

Though the drive from Medina can be a trek, this is a great place for those with dietary restrictions. Love the selection of options and they have great fresh meats. Will continue to shop here!

Every single time I've shopped there, I've never been disappointed with the quality of their products

I love this store a lot they always have many nice items for my dietary restrictions, but the young blonde girl at the self checkout has “helped” me twice now. She has 0 customer service skills and she is very snappy and rude. Management should consider a retrain so she can actually be helpful at her job instead of snapping at customers with social anxiety.

Love shopping here - great lil spot with large organic produce selection, many shopping options that I enjoy including local honey in glass jars. When I seek assistance or have a question there is typically a helpful response from whom ever I ask there. The health and beauty department has great selection. Also amazing sales a couple times a year with 30% all health and beauty items including supplements and soap :)

I was severely disappointed in the produce department. The whole organic beets had brown and rotting tops- it is very wasteful then to hold onto the bottom for a sale until they are leathery or squishy is deplorable. Beet greens and stems offer equally or better nutrition than the root vegetable itself. Purchased an onion feeling as it would be the best of the best became disappointing due to the layers being separated and the onion being more yellow than normal- eyes didn't burn at all due to it sitting for so long. Am utilizing it in the cooking tonight, yet it's on its last day. The Italian Kale was brown on 50% of its leaves and the bottom part of the stem smooshed into the cutting board. As always, staff are Rockstars.

They had the best coupons this week. Got a lb. of strawberries for .99¢ , box of blackberries for .99¢ and a lb of fresh asparagus for only .99¢ a lb. thanks to coupons on the app. They also gave me a $5 off coupon just for my birthday.Kudos to a grocery store that values their customers.
