I stopped doing here for over a year because every order was botched. My kids love the pizza so we tried it a few months ago again. Whoever is working there now is on point. My order was not only correct but labeled. They've won me back.
After ordering online, I was told there would be a 70 min wait for pickup. I called to make sure this was accurate, an employee told me they were short staff (it happens). When we finally picked up (website tracking told us everything was ready), the pizza was cold, salad wasn’t made and they gave me the wrong dressing.
Thank you for your great service, delicious hot food, and excellent management. This store goes above and beyond to ensure customer service, and quality. I really appreciate it. Mike, you’re doing a great job!
