On Sunday afternoon, I called the location to try to preorder 2-3 pizzas for my party. It seemed I sat on hold for a minute or so, then the line picked up, and immediately hung up? When I ordered the pizzas later, both managed to come out cold to the touch, one had the wrong toppings. When I called back, the young man on the phone replied with curses like, “Damn.” when responding to the issues. Felt like they had a lack of staff throughout the day.

I had great service as the employees made the experience wonderful. The food was utterly scrumptious. I'm pretty sure his name was Matthew, but he did a wonderful job making my pizza with love and helping me out with the order.

Horrible pizza with even worse management, people sitting on their phones not doing anything, leaving one person to do things on their own, the manager is extremely incompetent and frankly rude to his employees

By far some of the worst pizza I have ever had from a Hungry Howies, my girlfriend and I have been feeling sick since eating it and haven't been able to reach anyone at the store to relay this to them. Something must be wrong with the food for it to make me feel this bad.

How do you quote 50 minutes and then door dash shows up 150 minutes 2.5 hours later with your pizza. You call the store and they say oh it’s fine your pizza is in a warmer the whole time. I want my money back. Will never order delivery again what a joke. Your staff has the worst customer service also. Get lost.

Terrible service. Placed a plan ahead order and they outsourced their deliveries to door dash. It's an hour later than the expected delivery time and still no pizza.

Any attempt to call the store goes to an automated system that only allows new orders - any other option goes to the same menu. If you try a new order and ask to speak to the store or a manager you get disconnected.

I cannot emphasize enough how much of a waste of a time and money it is to patronize Hungry Howies.

I waited over a week to see if the owner would care enough to give their customer a call, but I guess not. Shows what poor customer service this place has. I have been a customer at this location for the last 15+ years and could not believe the way I was treated. On Oct 25th, I placed a pick up order for 2 large pizzas and got a free Howie Bread of my choice. The pizzas I received were so over done that the cheese was rubbery and the crust was messy and way too much powder was sprinkled all over it. The cinnamon bread I chose was so over cooked, it was BURNT. When my mom went to go pick up the order, she looked at the pizzas and expressed her concern for the look of them, but the employee did not care to do anything about it. Then when she got home, I gave the store a call and Bart answered the phone. I also expressed my concerns for the way the pizzas looked and TASTED. They tasted like complete garbage and Bart proceeded to yell at me over the phone saying he made the pizzas himself. When I asked to speak to the manager, he continued to scold at me and tell me he is the manager. You are a manager and you’re speaking to a customer like that? How rude and disrespectful can one be. I complained that the pizzas were way too thin and proceeded to tell me that another customer said that the pizzas were too “thick”. Well I am not that customer? If someone doesn’t ask for a thin crust pizza, you don’t make a thin crust pizza? Anyways, the owner did absolutely nothing about it nor reached out to make things better. Therefor I will never be coming here ever again and I will be telling all my close friends and family the same. Take into consideration and hire professional people.

Very disappointed, sub had no lettuce, pizza very shy on topping and to charge 1.49 for each item makes it even sadder. Asked for red pepper seeds, and a couple of plates , salt pepper, silverware Did not receive. We don't live in the area had to come for hospital. Delivery driver got lost so food was cold, didn't have change. Hotel has there menu on their tv guide and when we called they didn't even seem to know where we were. Really a bad experience to end our already long and hard day.
